This 320 sq ft space is the perfect place for a romantic stay/cation or to take care of business remotely with high speed WiFi and an open floor plan. Just 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and 35 to Santa Monica beach, you'll be centrally located to many of the city's most popular attractions. With plenty of local restaurants and shops in the vicinity, you'll never be short of things to do. Make the most of your time in Los Angeles with this great spot!

安全で静かな住宅街にあり、チェックインの手順も事前に丁寧に説明してくれました。部屋は清潔で十分広いです車で五分のとこにターゲットとかgrocery outletとかあり便利ですシャワーの温度が低くてHOTにしても寒かった。NET TVなので Dodgers戦がLiveで見れないのが残念でした

We had an awesome stay, all thanks to the host! They were a rockstar at communicating, super attentive, and they answered any question we had right away, which made the whole trip zero stress.The property itself was super clean and the perfect size for just a couple. We also loved the location--it's in a really nice neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. We'd absolutely recommend booking this spot!

Great location — super convenient. Beautiful neighborhood.I you are a walker (like I am), many things withing walking distance: Target, CVS, ALDI, Walgreens, Albertson's, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Carl's Jr., and more. Juan is very amicable, attentive, and responsive.The room was perfectly fine for what I needed — simple and functional. Merely acceptable.Would stay again if the need arises.

Safe, Quiet, and Private

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s guest house. The house and yard are absolutely beautiful, and once you enter the backyard, you will notice it is well manicured and private. Having an assigned off street parking spot was perfect for our rental car, and we never had to worry about street parking. Alhambra is conveniently located in between Pasadena and L.A, making it the perfect location for our needs. Inside the unit we immediately noticed the cleanliness and comfort right away. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We will absolutely rent this unit again in the future.

Great value in great location.

Juan was a gracious owner/manager. The unit is no frills but wasn’t lacking in the essentials. I loved Juan’s house (owned for 30 years and reflected a pride of ownership) and I loved the old school neighborhood.
