The villa is bathed in light and offers 350 m² of living space, featuring a blend of classic and modern architecture. You’ll find a living/dining room, 4 double bedrooms (2 with their own walk-in closets), 3 bathrooms (including 2 en suite), a separate guest restroom, a magnificent large pool, a modern kitchen, underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in a separate room.

This intimate and peaceful 1,200 m² property features a large 11 x 5 m pool where you can enjoy the sun under the palm trees until late in the evening. Downstairs, you’ll find a large game room next to the two-car garage, featuring a foosball table and a small pool table. The property is surrounded by a lovely hedge. The sandy beach at Javea is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Fantastic private villa

There was 4 of us (2 teenagers) and we all had a great time. The house has everything you can wish for and the house and the outside area are very private, not overlooked at all. Games room is very handy and well equipped. From kitchen, to bbq, to towels etc everything is there in great quantity. Would highly recommend to anyone and although there were only 4 of us, it is very spacious and suitable for up to 8 people.
