Villa de 6 habitaciones, 5 baños, 3 cocinas (una de ellas exterior) con espléndidas vistas al mar de 180º. Piscina exterior con posibilidad de climatización (Con coste adicional si se desea)

Recién remodelada con aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todos los dormitorios y salón (incluido en el precio), cuenta en la planta superior con 2 habitaciones, dos baños, dos amplios salones, cocina y terraza, en la planta intermedia 2 habitaciones, dos baños completos, sauna y terraza, por último, en la planta baja- piscina un apartamento independiente que cuenta con 2 habitaciones, baño, salón y cocina.

Cuenta con una increíble nueva piscina infinita, con opción extra de climatización (490€/semana. Sólo necesaria de Octubre a Mayo. Agua de 22ºc - 27ºC incluso en navidades), que consta zona dos zonas profundidad diferenciadas para que jueguen los niños, cocina exterior con barra, barbacoa techada exterior con barra, zona de juegos con ping pong, futbolín, dardos...

Great location!

Very relaxing holidays

We as a group of 11 enjoyed our stay here. The facility is exactly as presented in the pictures. The outdoor kitchen and the infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterraerean is where we spent most of out time.The heated pool was definitely a big plus. The weather was pleasant throughout our stay.The wind from the ocean makes hot days bearable. Again thank you Ignacio and marilen for all the help and tipps regarding Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful surroundings and unforgettable views

The stay here was excellent! The house was even better than it is presented on the website. Everything worked correctly. The price corresponds to the quality. Having a car is almost a must here because the house is quite uphill. But your reward is beautiful surroundings and unforgettable views. Can definitely be recommended.

Casa Alba

This is a spacious, well appointed and well furnished property with breathtaking views of the whole coastal area between Moraira and Calpe. It is well equipped and includes a kitchen and barbecue area adjacent to the outside pool area. At a lower level, are laundry facilities and an outside games area. We were a party of 10, ages 14 to 76. Each of us were impressed by what was on offer.

Fabulous Family Holiday Home! 5 Stars!

My family and I enjoyed the most fabulous 10 days here. It was the perfect space to accommodate our large group, adults and kids alike. The outdoor space was spectacular, we spent every evening cooking in the outdoor kitchen and eating our meals enjoying the sea views. Management of the home was really wonderful as well. The washing machine was not working properly when we arrived and a new one was delivered and installed the next day. Marilen also provided us with delicious Paella, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.

The property is just lovely !

The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to use the pool heater with other electrical items. At this time, the pool heater cannot run even if only the television is on. Also, there is no indication in the listing that the sauna is an extra charge, but it's €30 a day to use for some reason. We were really excited to have a sauna but ended up not using it due to the lack of ability to use electricity (all the power shuts off) and the fact that it was €30 a day.

Hello Lisa Thank you for you comments. Yes, you are right, you were my first guest with pool heating, and the electrical company was slow providing more electrical power. Now is already solved! Amazing house!

We stayed in the house in August, we were 5 adults and 5 kids. The view is breathtaking, it is not possilble to describe it by words! It is a big house, every family had our own floor (we were 3 families). We ate lunch at restaurants, and dinner back at the house. The outside kitchen is perfect! You will need a car to get around. The house is on top of a hill, and it is to far to walk (and to hot in August!). Some tips: - Eat at El Chamizo, Moraira. The food is excellent! Book table. - Eat at Bar La Cabana Moraira. We loved that place! - By food at Pepe la Sal - Go to Calpe, Denia and Xabia. Thanks to Ignacio and Marilen for everything! / Emelie with family and friends

Family Vacation

The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. The views from this property are unbelievable making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We sailed, fished, sunset catamaran, shopped within the local area and towns. I do recommend you have a car for this property or have your transportation setup prior to coming as taxis were hard to get. We used La Estrella transportation from the airport and local visits as needed. we had 11 of us. Honestly no one wanted to leave this little slice of Heaven:(

Quirky house but awesome view

Without a doubt you've got a spectacular view here. However, the house is really quirky. Three kitchens (including one outdoor) but they are super tiny and not chef friendly at all. Comfort level for the beds was about 5/10. The bathrooms were dated and awkward with tiny showers and/or climb over tubs and the bath towels seemed as if they were washed with handsoap in the local river... Also, the wifi was spotty all week and the TV required an engineering degree to operate (4 remotes with poor instructions) Would not recommend.

Hello Stuart I am sorry you are not 100% happy with the house, but unfortunately I have to tell that i do not agree with you in your comments: - Bathrooms are fully renewed with best materials and taps - Comfort level of the beds: Matressess are really high quality, but of course different that the ones we all sleep in our own house. - You can see the kitchens on a 3D view of each floor on webpage. How many houses offers you a 3D view of the house for knowing perfectly the house before your reservation? Outdoor kitchen 20 m2 is tiny? - Wifi was repaired inmediatly when you told that to Marilen the housekeeper, it was only a wire unplugged because we was installing wifi extender on the ground floor. Why you waited to the last day to tell us? - TV works the same way that all the TVs, but anyway, I sent you before your arrival (and of course all the clients) youtube links with instructions to operate TV and all other devices, maybe you did not watch it? Anyway, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay the same way all the other guests throughout this years renting the house did it. My objective is that 100% guests are fully happy, and I failed in your case.

5 day stay with family

Had a nice stay, all the family enjoyed themselves, we didn't pay for the pool heating and i was glad as everyone was in the pool without heating as it was a large amount to add on. Once your in the body get use to the temperature, this was in May 2nd onward. There is a lot of stairs so need to be careful with children and old people, we had my mother in-law but she did manage to travel down to the pool a couple of times. As others have mentioned you need a car, cant walk to the town, if you did you would never walk back as it is steep hills all the way up but needs to be up there to get the amazing views of the sea and calpe rock. The bins are quite far and we did a couple of rubbish runs, my partner said its about 3 minutes in the car. House is unusual with lots of ornaments from around the world. Rooms are in different levels. Double and 2 singles up top, double master and 2 singles in the middle and another area next to the pool that is kind of separate from the rest, has its own small kitchen , 1 bed down there is open and no door or storage and the other has its own room. We had a good family holiday.

The villa was big and sprawling, offering space and sanctuary. The views were spectac

The villa was big, rustic and homely, filled with items from countries far and wide. There was an offering of space to either be together with our friends or find sanctuary for refection. The morning sunrise was worth the early rise, the peace, colours and of course the ocean were food for the day. The location was high up the mountain and not easily walkable to the ocean but a winding steep 15 min car journey got our swimmers within our group to their favourite spot. There were plenty of beautiful restaurants to choose from close by but also needing a car, taxis were available but not always easy to get. There are 3 kitchens in the villa but the indoor kitchens are very small and it was tricky to cook for 12 ladies. The outdoor kitchen is a lot bigger but our trip was in the shoulder season and the evenings were too chilly to cook outside. Being a chef I found that the kitchen was limited and more attention to what is required when cooking for large groups would be useful - “the devils in the detail” I feel the villa would be most wonderfully suited to 2 families rather than 12 adults as the beds didn’t quite work for us although we all loved our stay and managed to make the sleeping arrangements work. This villa is special, there is no doubt. Thank you to Ignacio for ease of communication and sharing this beautiful space and a big thank you to Marilen for looking after us.

AGOSTO 2021

Desde el inicio de la reserva todo fue muy fácil y accesible con el propietario. Previamente a nuestra entrada nos fue resolviendo todo lo que le preguntamos e incluso tuvo el detalle de tener unas sillas para la playa. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos, con habitaciones amplias y cada una con su baño completo, éramos 11 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Pero desde luego lo que más disfrutamos fue la zona de la piscina, con la cocina totalmente equipada y con las vistas que son simplemente "expectaculares". La zona es muy bonita y en la casa, al estar en lo alto de la montaña, teníamos unos graditos menos de temperatura que se agradecían. Marilen nos explicó todo y estuvo a nuestra disposición por si teníamos alguna duda. Recomiendo esta casa y esperamos repetir. Sonia G.D.

Unas buenas vacaciones

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La zona exterior es espectacular, la piscina es muy grande y cómoda y la cocina exterior es un puntazo, fue la única que utilizamos. Ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Si vais con bebés tened en cuenta que no hay trona, es un elevador pequeño. Muchas escaleras, para nosotros no fue problema pero puede serlo para algunas personas. La casa está en una urbanización tranquila a unos 5-10 min en coche de la costa, muy cerca de Moraira y Calpe.

Maravillosas vistas. Piscina estupenda y cuidada. Perfectament equipada.

Eramos una familia con 7 adultos y 4 niños (de 2 a 12 años). Grandes y diferentes espacios para estar juntos o tener cierta independencia. La mayor parte del tiempo lo pasamos junto a la piscina, con un comedor y cocina exterior que cumplian todas nuestras necesidades. Gracias a Marilen por su actitud y disponibilidad y a Ignacio nuestra enhorabuena por esta fantastica propiedad. Ah! Recomendamos el Restaurante Cañis, muy cercano y con una excelente calidad de comida y de entorno a un precio muy razonable.

Una buena elección

La Villa es espectacular, Cada una de las estancias de la casa está cuidada al detalle, para la comodidad y el disfrute de toda la familia, y además con unas vistas impresionantes. Está muy bien ubicada, en un lugar tranquilo y cerca de lugares con encanto como Moraira o Calpe donde adeemás puedes encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. Sin duda acertamos con las vacaciones. Repetiremos!! Vila Fatastine, Kiervienas namo kampelis auksciausio lygio. Megautis Visai seimai, su nepakartoj amu vaizdu i jura. FANTASTIC DEAL!!!

We stayed in this gorgeous villa a few weeks ago and couldn't believe what an amazing deal it was. The views are breathtaking from every angle of the villa, and especially over the infinity pool. Lounging poolside, with a pool kitchen and bar nearby to satisfy everyone's cravings, our entire family had the most relaxing of vacations, gazing out over the Mediterranean! The villa itself is extremely spacious, and we especially loved the way it has different areas, perfect for different members of the family to have "their own space" but still allowing us all to be together. The finishings, installations, bath, kitchen, etc. are of the finest quality, and the entire property was spotless. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury for a very reasonable price! The property is also conveniently located near many lovely villages and beaches, and also close to larger cities like Valencia and Alicante, so on the (few!) days we felt like leaving the pool area and exploring a bit, there was plenty to do and see nearby. We want to thank Mr. Buzzanca and his family for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend this property to all our friends, as long as they don't steal it from us next year!

Perfecta para relajarte en familia

Hemos estado una semana en esta Villa con nuestra familia y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La casa está fenomenal, con habitaciones espaciosas (todas con baño propio) y perfectamente equipadas y limpias, es exáctamente igual a lo que se puede ver en las fotos. La zona de la piscina tiene unas vistas espectaculares al mar y cocina con lo que puedes estar todo el rato al aire libre si el tiempo te acompaña, incluso tiene una cama para poderte relajar y leer un rato mientras los niños juegan en la piscina. Moraira queda a unos 10 minutos en coche y descubrimos un par de sitios muy chulos para salir a cenar a pesar de no ser temporada alta. Para mi muy recomendable tanto la casa como la zona, si volvemos a planificar una escapada por allí, seguro que volveremos.

Unbeschreiblich faszinierende Lage mit 180grad blick über das Meer. Die Aussenküche am Pool ist neben der schönen Aussicht das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft. Selbst beim Kochen, kann man den Ausblick geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Ignazio war jederzeit sehr zielführend, freundlich und entgegenkommend. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Vielen Dank. Wir kommen sehr gerne wiedereinmal.
