A two level vacation rental town home located in MADRID COURTS with 1 king in the upstairs master bedroom, 2 twin sized beds in the downstairs bedroom and one queen in the third bedroom downstairs. There is a laundry room downstairs with full sized washer and dryer. Very nice lake view from the furnished upper deck, living room, master bedroom and downstairs bedrooms. Fishing/swim dock with boat tie- ups. MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER and WASHER/DRYER. Expanded basic TV on each HDTV. DVD player in the living room. Gas grill on the lower deck. New furnishings, flooring, paint. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. Madrid Courts, Lake DeSoto.
