Large outdoor deck expands the coziness of the house that’s steps from the lake to launch kayaks. Great communication with host, Mike. Short drive to Silver Lake Beach and to Lily Lake Resort. Dog Park nearby and entertainment weekly at Settlers Park. Good dining at 75th Street Inn, New Italian Restaurant in Silver Lake, and at Sand Bar in Twin Lakes!! Shopping nearby too. Visited great Kenosha museums on rainy days.

Great property. My family and I stayed here when we attended Country Thunder. Great quiet location, close to grocery store, and beach. I would stay again, and I would reccomend anyone to stay here if I was asked.

House was clean and super cozy! Communication was excellent from the host and made sure we had everything we needed! House was dog friendly and across the street from boat launch on Paddock Lake. You get to see the lake right from the living room window. Added bonus for kids is Hoag Park right down the street, as it has a small park and sandy beach. Definitely recommend this host!

Cozy Cottage was great! Check in was smooth. Mike was quick to respond when Google sent us right instead of left toward to boat slip. Outside toys were all in very good working condition. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very close. The beach was clean and we were the only ones there most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The proximity to so many things to do was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful sunsets, convenient to everything , awesome stay.

I have stayed here 3x and love everything about it. This small home is very comfortable and clean and communication with the owners is excellent. Access to Paddock Lake for fishing and kayaking is easy and there is a Festival Foods market just west on 50. Overall a perfect stay.

Birthday/4th of July weekend.

We had a great time at the cottage. We were really close to the water and the park. The outdoor deck was our favorite part as we would drink our coffee there in the morning and we watched the fireworks from the deck as well.

Great location and value!

We stayed here for about a week. Waking up on the lake, starting and ending each day with the provided kayaks and paddle board made it hard to leave. Super easy check in and great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Our stay

We came in for our annual family ice fishing trip. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was almost as good as waterfront property. The cozy little house was perfect for what we needed.

Great little place near the lake

Very nice cottage near the lake and also near town. Very clean and tidy. Great porch with a view of the boat launch. Enjoyed watching boaters come and go while having coffee. Also took one of the provided kayaks out for a lap of the lake.

A super nice get away! Granddaughters & son came out for 2 days & enjoyed the beach, kayaking & game fun on the huge deck. We stayed the remaining time & enjoyed watching people launch their boats & other lake activities from the public pier area. It is super clean & very comfortable. I will definitely go back!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable!! We love the spacious deck with copious chairs and umbrellaed tables. Steps to lake w kayaks provided. Short walk to beach. Short distance to to Settlers Park and beach. There’s a dog park there as well with separate space for large and small dogs!!
