Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Stunning views from our 24th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This unit was as described and beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and perfect for a group, the view from the balcony was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked, and the elevators were quick. No complaints and would definitely return if we come back to the area.

Overall we enjoyed the condo. however, we did take exception to the lack of consumables. We were only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a single roll of paper towels, and one trash bag for two trash cans. In addition to this we were only provided 2 dishwasher pods for a week's stay, but they did provide 2 wash detergent packages for use in the 1990'swashing machine. we reached out to the host during our stay and it took multiple calls over 3 days to connect. Not sure why Phoenix went cheap on the little things, but we survived. Now for the good we encountered, we were fortunate to be there during a slow period, which made the elevator rides quicker (less stops and waiting). Our view from the 24th floor was magnificent with lounge chairs and a table to sit around. we were surprised to find one of the 3 bedrooms equipped with 2 doubles vs. the king we were expecting but not a game breaker. Although we did not use the dish network it was a nice amenity to add. The lazy river was a hit with the kids with plenty of lounge chairs around the facilities. Hot tub was not crowded and indoor pool was well maintained. This was our 3rd trip to the Gulf Shores area and probably not our last, jury is still out on whether or not we will utilize Phoenix as our next host,

We really enjoyed this condo!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was super clean, it has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds and easy access to the beach and pool. It had plenty of room for everyone in our family. We definitely stay here again!

Overall very nice condo. Checkin/checkout was easy. My only complaint….there was a toenail clipping in one of the beds and stains on the sheets. We ended up having to put new sheets on the bed

Amazing retreat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Watching the boats come in and out of the pass every day was a favorite of mine! The kids loved the pirate ship and it’s cannon when it passed by. The grounds were kept squeaky clean. Beds were very hard but that’s a preference ,not a con, to our stay! Color scheme and decor is cool and relaxing. Five stars all around.

Great condo on the beach!!

The Phoenix ll condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Check in process was easy. The pools and lazy river were kept so clean, the entire property was very clean. Beach access just right off the boardwalk and beach service was great! We would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some extra dish towels/rags and dish soap for kitchen.

Excellent accommodations. Everything as advertised. There were some minor maintenance issues which were resolved with a phone call. Would go back to this unit again.
