The main living areas are bright, open, and designed around the shoreline. Wide windows bring the beach into view, while plush seating, a fireplace, and a pool table create an easy place to gather between surf sessions, boardwalk strolls, and sunset cocktails. Multiple dining spaces and two kitchens, including a spacious chef-style kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances, make group meals simple.

Outside, Shoreline leans into classic San Diego living. Lounge on the beachfront deck, gather around the fire pit, unwind in the private hot tub, or fire up the built-in grill for dinner at the long alfresco table. With the sand just beyond the patio, the day can move easily from coffee by the waves to beach time, BBQs, and evenings under the coastal sky.

Six bedrooms and six bathrooms give families and groups plenty of room to spread out. The sleeping arrangements include 5 king beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, offering a comfortable mix of privacy and flexibility. Several rooms feature bright coastal styling and ocean-facing views, creating relaxing spaces to recharge after a full day in the sun.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We no longer have bikes available at this property.
- Please note the unit is surrounded by other homes in a close-quartered area and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
- The home has air conditioning upstairs only. Please note, there is no air conditioning downstairs.
- This home does not have a walk-in shower downstairs.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
