2 BDRM HOUSE near Intel, Nike, Sea Side, Mall, PCC

For this price we offer all private house with 2 bdr- 4 people plus air mattress in any case 1st is MASTER BEDROOM with shower Q. size bed and Airbed and and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds with shower room in the whole way. We use very clean white linings. House is fully "equipped" with furniture and any other living accessories that human need for living and some complimentary little things. We could offer airport pick up and drop off, notary, fax and some more for extra$ .
The Whole House with private entrance and private back porch is all available for guests . The House has ADU on premises (accessory dwelling unit) with separate own private entrance from the house that we use as our business office. Both has a private separate entrance not related to each other. Guest will have private access to the house with private back porch available for guests only and own keys. The entrance to the house is at the front door of the house with 4 little outside stairs. Outside doorbell has a video camera installed only for the outside view of the house and entrance view.

Great stay

The property was beautifully furnished and very clean. The dining area was sunny and very cozy. Plates and cups were clean and plenty. There was a nice covered patio next to the kitchen, which was a lovely plus. There were plenty of toiletary items in the bathrooms, so many extra towels provided, and a couple of umbrellas to borrow for a rainy day. We even had vases of pretty fresh flowers and mandarin oranges in the house - The owners have really put their thoughts on how to welcome guests. The bed mattress in the master bedroom is on a soft side, and my husband (around 200 lb) had a little issue with his back, but other than that we had a pleasant stay as a family in this property. The owners maintain an office next to the living room, but the door inbetween is obviously locked and they uses a separate entry. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

wonderful, relaxing

we did not want to leave, this house is a beautiful 2 story in a very quiet neighborhood, Fresh flowers & a fruit plate was a great touch., the house is well kept, clean, and beautifully furnished. the back porch was my favorite for my morning coffee. the location is within minutes of shopping.. Thank you, Erena & Victor.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for what we needed while in the area for a wedding. Great location & neighborhood, the house itself was very clean and had any amenity we needed. We also loved the back patio. Highly recommended and we’d stay again next time we’re in the area!

Steep stairs & tricky TV

The location was nice & hostess was pleasant and on call. The 20 or so interior stairs leading to the bedrooms were so very shallow and extremely steep and railing not sturdy or secure. Same for entry railing. TV never worked properly. No dishwashing pods or soap.

The home is very well appointed & the back deck was fabulous. The location was perfect for our needs, close to excellent food options & shopping. The property is being upgraded with paint so the painting skein was a little off, but will look amazing when finished.

We loved the home. It reminded us a lot of a previous home we lived at. We also enjoyed the back patio. The patio set along with the lights gave us a quiet place to relax. My fiance even slept out on the patio and enjoyed it.
