We upgraded the WiFi
We replaced one mattress and are in the process of replacing others.

This 2500 sq foot 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath country home is fully furnished and has been recently remodeled with all of the amenities found in a modern home.
Located in the heart of South Texas farm land the property has been in my family since the 1920’s. This home was built in 1963 for my parents growing family.

Three outdoor security cameras are installed for the safety and security of our property when not occupied. For your privacy, these cameras will be turned off during your stay.

Over the past years my family has enjoyed reunions and holiday gatherings at The Farm and now we are excited to share our home with you so that you can experience the beauty and pleasure of country living either full of activity or relaxation.

Our farm home is located on a small hill surrounded by trees. The sound of the windmill pumping on a windy day is music on a warm country day.

Internet and streaming television will keep you connected, or shut it down and take a long walk on the country roads, or sit in the shady lawn and watch sunrises, sunsets, star filled skies, the hay grow and enjoy nature. This is country living, so don't come for the internet, it can be inconsistent and slow at times.

Volleyball, horseshoes and lawn games are all available and ready for your enjoyment. The outdoor charcoal grill and firepit make for great cooking!!

Ten minutes north is the city of Historic Kingsville, http://www.cityofkingsville.com/visit/about-kingsville/
Visit the King Ranch, Texas A&M University at Kingsville and the Kingsville Naval Air Station. Or do some shopping and have lunch at some of the great local restaurants.

Head the other direction and in 10 minutes you will be at Baffin Bay,
touted as some of the best black drum and trout fishing in the USA.

Windmill Farm is an amazing property. The details made the house so welcoming. Like i was at my grandmother's house!! The Christmas decor including a Christmas tree. Made a beautiful backdrop for our pictures. Everything you need was there. Fresh big fluffy towels and toiletries in Every bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pans. The home was very clean not a particle of dust anywhwre. We would definitely feel honored if we were able to rent the property for another time in Kingsville!!

Beautiful property! This is an excellent place for a family gathering and celebrations. Please don’t hesitate to book it. It is a true country gem. Our 80 year old Mother/Grandmother was able to get around safely. Thank you for sharing your family home with the rest of us.

Great family place!

It was very nice and quiet! Perfect for what we needed for our stay for the wedding. I would defiantly refer my friends and family and return if we ever have a need for that size of a place in the future.

Great place near Kingsville

Great place to stay outside of Kingsville!! The property was very nice. Had everything just like you were at home. Great for multiple families to stay. Love how quiet and peaceful it was. Would stay where again if in the area again.

Perfect for our needs

Hello there,The house was amazing. It was able to bring us much joy for our short stay. We had many laughs, joy, and fun. The games were amazing and have brought me memories i will never forget. This was a great property

My husband and family stayed at The Farm for a weekend hunting trip. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and met all of their needs. Thank you for letting them stay at your home. They will definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Wedding stay.

Our family came in from other states to attend a wedding. This home was amazing we all had plenty of room, bathrooms as well. There were games for the kids inside and outside. Beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

It is my family home, my grandmother bought the property in the 1920's and passed it down to her children. My father farmed the land, built the house. and raised his family here. His children now enjoy owning it and sharing it with their family and friends.

Friends and family have described the home and location as peaceful and comfortable. It is also close to Historic Kingsville and Baffin Bay for those who want a more active stay,
