Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in Veranda Palms, ideally located close to US-192 and only a 10-minute drive from I-4

Our home boasts peaceful water views at the back with no rear neighbors plus the front is situated across from open countryside.

The gated community of Veranda Palms is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando area and amenities include a gym, communal swimming pool with slides and splash zone, kids’ playground area, lakes, biking trails, volleyball and basketball court and walking paths.
Only 5 minutes away there are several supermarkets, restaurants and stores of all kinds.

Veranda Palms is also ideally located for local attractions and activities including but not limited to:
Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Disney Springs ,Universal Studios all within 15-20 minutes’ drive.

By driving 1.5 hours to the West Coast of Florida there is St. Petersburg where you can experience some of the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can find Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium plus more amazing beaches in Clearwater.

NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach is on Florida’s East Coast about 1 hour’s drive from the villa.

The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive yet comfortable feel throughout.

With two floors, four bedrooms, and three and a half baths, your party will be able to enjoy time together both inside and outside but also have privacy when needed.

Living Room:
The villa has an open lounge area with a comfortable large sofa and chairs. A nice 55" LED TV with cable and a Roku device for all your streaming.

All TV’s have Roku devices for streaming your favorite apps. Free WI-FI and cable is included.

Kitchen:
Here you will find all modern appliances, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher and a large double fridge with freezer and ice maker, all in black. The kitchen is fully equipped for those nights when you want to stay home and cook.
You will also find a coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, complete tableware for 16 people, and much more. Modern granite countertops and a breakfast bar make this a great place to have your morning coffee.

Dining Room:
The dining table with 6 chairs is another great option for sitting down together.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are on the second floor.
Each bedroom has a 32 "LED TV with Roku for streaming, clock radio and ceiling fans.
Ensuite 1 is equipped with a king size bed and walk-in closet
Ensuite 2 is equipped with a king size bed and walk-in closet
Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds
Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds (bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom)

Pool:
After long hours in parks and shopping centers, it is wonderful to come back to your own private pool area. As you aren’t overlooked in the back, you can thoroughly enjoy some private outdoor dining or drinks by the pool side.
Here you can relax in the sun on one of the 4 loungers, or take a refreshing swim in the lovely extra-large pool area.
The terrace is partially covered so you can move into the shade during the hottest parts of the day and the pool is surrounded by a screened in lanai to protect against bugs.
If you're travelling with little ones, there is also a pool safety fence available.

Games Room:
We have converted our garage into a games room for the whole family to enjoy. It features a pool table, foosball, and air hockey supplying hours of fun for adults and kids alike.
Safety:
For your peace of mind, our villa has been equipped with the latest on the market in security and alarm systems.
Additional:
Pool heat can be purchased in advance during cooler months.
Baby equipment is also available; we have a pack and play and a highchair.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
