Hermosa villa de 5 dormitorios en comunidad cerrada con piscina privada y spa

Esta villa de 5 dormitorios con una terraza orientada al oeste y una gran cantidad de privacidad está convenientemente ubicada justo al lado de la autopista 27 ya medio camino entre los EE. UU. 192 y la I-4, en la comunidad cerrada de Westridge, The Manors. La casa está bien equipada y cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama King y un dormitorio principal con cama Queen, ambos con baño privado. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales de la reina y un dormitorio doble. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable y HD, excepto una habitación con cama Queen.

Justo dentro de la puerta principal se encuentra el comedor formal con capacidad para ocho personas. El gran salón familiar tiene un gran sofá en forma de "L" y un sillón, un televisor HD y un reproductor de DVD y puertas de patio a la terraza de la piscina. Hay una mesa de comedor al aire libre con una sombrilla y asientos para cuatro personas. La villa está convenientemente situada cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

The great escape!

This property is nice, well laid out and included everything you need. The pool and spa area are great. The kids and adults got lots of use out of them. I am glad we got the pool heat. Several stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The managers are excellent and were quick to respond to any questions and concerns.

Amazing Property

My husband, children and parents stayed here while visiting Disney. Renting this house was the highlight of our trip to Florida. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the heated pool was amazing (I think the kids enjoyed the pool more than the parks!) The house was well maintained and well stocked with everything that we needed for our trip. The Disney parks were an easy 25 minute drive away. The owners responded quickly to our inquiries and were accommodating (nothing major wrong - just asked to switch the pool heating schedule from day to night, and needed to know where to put excess garbage.) I would definitely stay here again! Jenn

When we arrived there was no tv or internet so had to try and get that working and ended up just rebooting everything. House & pool area were dirty, multiple window shades were broken, sliding door to pool would not open, pool lights were broke so there was no lighting. Screen around pool was covered in spider webs and debris. Was disappointed in the overall care/upkeep of the property.

Expensive and had trouble with pool and hot tub heat none for 2 week that we paid for. Master bedroom bed broke twice and they did not fix I cobbled together enough to work screen around pool was messed up coming apart my wife and I fixed it house was nice quite neigherhood no Problems there. For the money wasn’t great

Plenty of room and amazing property managers!

This house was perfect for us! My husband and I wanted a house that was big enough for us to be able to work remotely for half of our stay and not get in each other’s way while our two kids had room to have fun too. This house delivered on all accounts! Spacious and well laid out with a delightful pool and spa, we all had a great time. It is close to a Publix, a Walmart and a Target and is only about a half hour from the Disney parks. Our only complaint was that the beds were a bit creaky and hard. But other than that, the house was great. The real standout were the property managers though. When a few minor hiccups happened with the house, Jim and Jill arrived on-property a mere few hours after I sent the VRBO messages. They are the best and most responsive property managers I have ever encountered!! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

We had a great time. Check in was very easy, place was clean. We had an issue with internet working when we first got there, but the property managers responded very quickly and it was fixed quickly. A few people in our group said 2 of the beds were hard, but the rest were fine. Beds are tricky because everyone's body is different. Over all, it was a great experience.

Awesome Stay

My family and I had an awesome time here. Every time we connected the homeowner she answered within seconds. Had one hiccup while there but was handled. The last day of our stay the heater in the jacuzzi stop working but we really didn’t pay it any mind cause we checked out the next morning. Overall we will definitely book again.

Very clean house

My family and I just stayed at this house and had an amazing time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I didn't realize they had a toddler bed. So it was a great surprise for my 2 year old nephew when he seen he had his own bed. Also this made it very easy for him to sleep at night. Any time I emailed the owner's they were always there to answer anything. Everyone agreed we would stay here again next time we go to Disney.

Very nice place

Loved the place the size was great I regret on getting pool heat if you rent this place get the pool heat not an option to not do it the beds where uncomfortable in all the rooms but the master but not the end of the world I really liked the place just need to get the pool heat

Great stay!

Pam and Willy are excellent hosts. Their communication was on point as always. This is my second visit to the home and we enjoyed it even more.—hoping to return in January! Fall family vacation

We arrived at the home about 8 pm. Getting into the gate and home was easy. The layout of the home was wonderful every one had their own space and there was no waiting for bathroom breaks. The beads were comfortable and clean. Our trip to the Holyland and Seaworld were conveniently located off of I-4. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely home

The home was clean and as expected. The linens on several beds required washing when we got there, as they smelled as if they had been left in the washer too long, but the management took care of it quickly and was very timely in all responses throughout our stay. Pam is wonderful! I would definitely stay again.

Great home. Easy access to parks and shopping.

Home was Great for our family of 9. Everyone had enough space to be alone if needed. One thing that we would recommend is either ceiling fans in each room or more portable fans to keep the air flowing in the bedrooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and would like to respond accordingly about some of the points you raised. This home is constantly occupied and this is the first complaint we have ever had about the beds. We will certainly bring this to the homeowner’s attention. We have very high standards and cleanliness is extremely important to us. We will review our cleaning checklist with the cleaning staff to ensure nothing is missed in future. Just to clarify, no guest is expected to do any of the items you mentioned in your comments. We simply recommend that if you have time prior to leaving "we would appreciate" if you could do some or all of the things we identified. Some guests choose to do nothing, not even start the dishwasher and that is fine with us, other guests choose to do all the things we suggest, we never state that the guest must do these things. It’s your vacation to enjoy and we would never insist on these items being done. If you would have contacted us (like some other guests have done), we would have gladly clarified this for you. Perfect for two families!

We shared this beautiful house with my son’s new fiancé ‘s parents and sister. There were the perfect amount of beds for all of us to be very comfortable and not feel like we were living on top of each other. The pool and spa felt so good after our long days at Disney World.
