Charming "Cottage Style" Home centrally located near Abbot Kinney, Mar Vista Sunday Farmers Market and the westside's best restaurants. This cozy 3 bedroom bohemian style house has white slipcovered seating, custom built-in's & hardwood floors. Fully equipped farmhouse kitchen and French doors that lead to garden oasis w/ gas firepit & lots of seating. There is a brick patio area with Grill for BBQ’s. Full bath w/ tub and shower. Dishwasher, Washer/dryer. Parking for up to 3 cars. Comfy house!
Great Outdoor Area with Fire pit, Peaceful Quiet place to read, relax, get sun and listen to the birds. House is equipped with Washer/Dryer, Central heat and air, Bosch Dishwasher, Cable, Wifi etc..
