The condo itself, is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay in DTLA.
The space
Enjoy the modern comfort of this functional apartment with its fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a dining area and generous work space that provide all the conveniences needed to ensure a flawless stay. There is also a gym, an entertainment area with BBQ and al fresco dining table and lounge chairs by the amazing rooftop pool, 24 hour security concierge, and an unbeatable walkability to all that the best of Downtown has to offer.
This stylish historic building is once served as a popular location for Hollywood movies and has since been preserved, renovated and updated with utmost care and love. It is located next to the United Artists Theatre and just a few minutes away from shops, restaurants, coffee places, public transportation and the many endless highlights of vibrant downtown Los Angeles.
Guest access
Guests will need to submit a photo of their valid, government ID, 24 HOURS PRIOR to arrival, so that we may successfully register all guests with our doormen and security. If IDs are not submitted in a timely manner, the guest must cancel and refunds will not be issued.
