Immaculate newly renovated dream guest house in the heart of North Hollywood just minutes away from Universal Studios, Burbank Airport and the NoHo Arts District. Easy freeway access to anywhere in LA. Huge shopping center and a Planet Fitness gym one block away. Also a brand new outdoor mall called NoHo west within walking distance. Our space features a full kitchen with oven, 55" flat screen TV with streaming services, wifi, laundry area and a large private fenced in patio with a barbeque.
