Host was wonderful. Met me at the apartment and gave me a tour to be sure I knew where everything was. Sofa was comfortable, shower had hot water, washing machine was great. It has everything you need for one to two people.
This studio was convenient but very dingy, well located in the 7th. The studio is inside a dreary although very clean inner courtyard of an old complex which has older bones, & sometimes there are bad sewer smells .The host was communicative and friendly. He was prompt and checked in with me prior to my arrival. Check in was smooth and I was informed of what was available on site. However, the studio was very bare bones. After reading the French language review, I thought to bring my own linens, but I didn't have enough room in my suitcase. You only get one bottom sheet and one duvet cover-no extras. This is no problem if you're around for a few days, but I was there for a month. The main room holds a double bed and a pull out couch plus a table & 2 chairs. I couldn't watch TV because it appears it's all pay per view. The bathroom is tiny. The shower measures 1 m2 and the sink is really a hand washing basin. You can't really brush your teeth in there because there's a shelf above the sink you'll hit your head. So would I go back? Well probably not. I came here on business and I needed a place to land. But I found the place incredibly depressing due to its worn furniture and dreary walls & curtains. Conclusion: If you're gone all day and most of the evening, this place is for you. There are many convenient bus lines nearby, as well as a taxi stand. There's also a good boulangerie and a minimarket. Bonne chance!

Prétendant qu'on lui avait téléphoné.
