We had wonderful time in the nice Apartment. Like others commented already - it is even better then on the pictures - moreover, the view is stunning. The historical building provides a special atmosphere. We were lucky and got a guided tour around the property and the newly renovated Grande Salon from the association Restauration de Grande Salon Lumiere. Very impressive! The property is very quite - great place to relax. The hosts were very nice, uncomplicated, easy to reach, and despite our French is very basic, communication was easy and very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will come again!

Nous n’avions pas de draps ni serviettes, rideaux de douche trop court. Pas de porte serviettes. Les draps nous on été factures 50 euros . Je n’ai pas voulu payé cette somme et j’ai laissé les clefs avec 10 euros pour les draps. À la fin de notre séjour, des voisinés sont arrivées . Elles fumaient et discutaient sur leur balcon qui donnait directement sur le balcon de notre chambre le matin et le soir . Nous devions fermer notre fenêtre. La vue est belle. La mer est présente. Comme me l’a dit gentiment la propriétaire des lieux , « regardez bien la vue parce que vous n’êtes pas prêts de la revoir »Le ménage fait, nous sommes partis sans aucun regret.

Emplacement idyllique, appartement bien équipé, assez propre, sauf la terrasse qui était très poussiéreuse, et dont on nous a fait le reproche au départ. Propriétaire ayant tendance à prélever des frais supplémentaires élevés et partiellement justifiés.

c’est un véritable cochon , il a laissé l’appartement dans un état pitoyable , four et micro nef plein d’aliments. poisson congelé dans le frigo , vaisselle sale dans l’évier Couette et oreille déchiré . Nous avons fait jouer la caution

Vue sur mer à couper le souffle

L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence de style art-deco . C'est tres beau a voir . L'appartement se situe au 3em etage avec ascenseur , avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle ( bien plus spectaculaire que sur les photos ) . Nous avons aimé l'équipement complet de l'appartement , la terrasse permettant de prendre les repas avec vue sur mer , .. et la proximité du centre ville et des plages . La Ciotat est une ville sympa et animé ( restaurant , marché , port , ... ) . Mention spéciale aussi pour le très bon l'accueil ( remise des clés , réponse aux questions , ... ) . Nous reviendrons !

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar , das Appartment war zweckmäßgig eingerichtet und schön jedoch sollte bei Ankunft der Wilan Schlüssel und die Appartmentschlüssel bereitliegen und eine Einweisung stattfinden, evtl auch in Deutsch oder zumindest Englisch. Die Nachbelastung von 90,00 € fanden wir auch nicht in Ordnung, da wir das Appartment picobelle Zustand verlassen haben. Wir haben jeden zweiten Tag das Appartment samt Balkon nass geputzt und bei Auszug ebenfalls geputzt und sogar die Schränke abgewaschen. Das fanden wir nicht in Ordnung, das empfanden wir als Abzocke

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Palais Lumiere

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung im dritten Stock eines weitläufigen historischen Gebäudes am Rande der Gemeinde La Ciotat. Der Ortskern ist entlang des Strandes zu Fuß in etwa 20 min erreichbar. Beeindruckender Blick über die Bucht. Diese Wohnung kann ich empfehlen.

Wunderbare, ruhige Lage, schöner Naturpark

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr funktionell. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar. Der neu renovierte historische Aufzug ist ein Erlebnis. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gehdistanz zum Meer und zur nächsten Bäckerei beträgt ca. 7 Minuten. Die Parkanlage rund um den Palais Lumière ist einzigartig. Wir wurden sogar beim Eintreffen von den "freilebenden" grünen Papageien begrüsst. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder!
