This updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo located on Fountain Drive East in Sunset Island is waiting for you and your family to make summertime memories!  Spacious with balcony fountain views and in walking distance to pools, shops, on-site dining. The kitchen is fully equipped for big breakfasts and evening dinners.  Pack lighter because a Free Linen & Towel Package is included and delivered on arrival day. Keep your sandy beach items in our private storage room, where you will find various beach chairs available for guest use during your stay. Bring your sunscreen...the beach is waiting for you!  Contact free check-in and Keyless entry for your convenience.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $165  per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**.  No passes are needed for ages 3 & under.  **Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.  

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!

A great stay! Stevi was an amazing host! She was very attentive at check in and out and would go above and beyond to help us resolve any issues (none of which regarding the condo). The condo was very clean and had a great assortment of games and books for kids, which was a bonus! We will definitely be booking with Stevi again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The location was amazing - a private, quaint bayside community. The beach & pool area is totally family friendly. So many restaurants & attractions are in walking distance. Made so many great family memories on this vacation. Would definitely bring my family here again!

First time in Ocean City

The condo was just as advertised, very spacious. Highly recommend for anyone with kids my boys enjoyed watching the fountain turn colors at night from the balcony. Short walk to the pool or to the ocean. The walking trail is nice and we saw some turtle nests.

Mattresses uncomfortable, great location

The mattresses in the unit were beyond firm and extremely uncomfortable. The reviews don’t do these mattresses justice, they are like a rock hard surface. We left a day early because we couldn’t do one more night. The unit was well appointed, clean and in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and shops and dining. The garage parking space is next to a cinder block building support column and difficult to park a large SUV if there is another vehicle in the adjacent space. You get one garage space and one crushed clam shell parking spot on the road.

Relaxing vacation on sunset island

The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is plenty of room to spread out and there are smart TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, cups, and pots/pans. The bathrooms were spacious and well kept. Sunset Island is a great community with a lot of amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Great condo, beautiful community!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo! The location was great. It was in easy walking distance to all the community amenities, as well as local restaurants outside of community. The condo itself was lovely, clean, decorated, and organized nicely. The queen beds were firm, but that was to our liking and it was actually one of the more comfortable beds we've had on vacation. The property manager was very responsive and quick to help when needed. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Outstanding!

Sunset Island is such a great neighborhood to stay at the beach. The amenities of the bay beach and pools make it super easy with our kids (ages 4-8). This place is really nice, great for our two families - all four kids slept in the third bedroom with the bunkbed and twin bed. Only complaints are that the Queen bed isn’t very comfortable and you can hear everything from the outside hallway (including every time the elevator stops at the floor, right outside of the second queen bedroom). Nothing is perfect though- and this came pretty close. Highly recommend!

June vacay

The property location was perfect, loved all the amenities of Sunset Island. My adult daughter uses a power wheelchair and everything in Sunset Island as well as this condo was very accessible: removable showerhead and shower with a built in seat, elevator bldg, flat sidewalks and graduated curbs, pool and beach areas all accessible! Stevi the prop mgr was quick with responses, everything about our rental was easy, we plan to be back!
