got bed bugs, window shutter wouldn't stay open. over 10 minutes it would close to more than two thirds of the day down which blocked cool air from coming in and the view. a shower curtain or wall would have been helpful to not soak the bathroom floor during showers. major paint peeling in the bathroom. curtain rod not fully mounted on the wall in 1 of the bedrooms and only 1 roll of toilet paper. we ran out to buy some and owner said we would get reimbursed, but didn't. we didn't know how to get a hold of the building manager to address some of the problems that we were told she could help us with. the stay was fair overall.

Conveniently located apt!

This place was great for our family of four. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. The closest metro is Cambronne which is undergoing construction and closed until Sep, but the next closest one is just a couple blocks further. The apt had everything we needed. Merci!!

Eiffel Tower location

Very convenient location for the Eiffel Tower. Lots of great places to eat and shop for groceries!Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable!!

Wonderfully spacious apartment!

Stayed here with a family of four for a weekend of sight-seeing in Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tour, and only a block away from 4 different metro lines. Wonderful restaurants near by. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, building was the same. Communication with host was clear and responsive.

Pleasant stay in good location

Location, Location, Location

This apartment is in an excellent location across the street from the Metro (but noise from the train was not an issue), near bakeries and restaurants. It was a short Metro ride or 20ish minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Clean place, spacious, would stay here with my family of five again.

Our stay was conveniently located by the Effiel tower and transit. Lots of restaurants near by and a few grocery stores. Comfortable beds.

Excellent location and plenty of space.

Upon our arrival we were met at the front door by the apartment manager. She showed us how to get in and out of the building. We were out on the town in 10 minutes. The host had great communication and responded to questions quickly. Fantastic access to the metro station and food.

Great location by metro

Easy to get around with metro. Property owner was helpful and answered questions. No AC but fans provided so it works for most Paris days. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

Great place!

Stayed with a family of 5. It was next to a train station, but we really did not hear it. The washing machine broke while we were there, bummer, but that did not take away from the stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Alles so wie beschrieben. Schöne, sichere Wohnung in echt guter Lage. Nette Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Wir waren als Familie, 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene unterwegs. Würden wieder buchen.

Big apartment, good location

The apartment was very spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The bedrooms were away from the street, so that helped with city noise. The location was great for getting around town. The train was literally outside the door. Only a few stops to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and groceries nearby. One thing that would be helpful is a guest guide/info sheet with wifi info, how to adjust the windows, how to work the tv, etc.

Perfekt für unsere Reise

Wie in anderen Bewertungen schon beschrieben, ist die Lage einfach top. Gelegen direkt an einer Metrolinie. Man kommt aber auch zu Fuß gut zum Eiffelturm und zur Seine. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Haus ordentlich und sicher. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zum Hinterhof und wir fanden es sehr ruhig. Ein kleines Manko für Menschen mit empfindlichen Schlaf könnte der recht laut knarrende Parkettboden sein. Hat und aber nicht allzu sehr gestört. Für 4 Personen wirklich gut. Gerade mit einem jüngeren Kind ist es gut, von fast überall per Metro schnell in der Wohnung zu sein, um mal eine

Great place for paris stay!

Due to the excellent paris metro system, and the location of this place directly across the street from a stop, you can really get anywhere. The apartment is both centrally located and yet very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Omar, though we never saw him, was very easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. Our only criticism, is that it got a bit stuffy at times in the apartment, so we needed to leave the windows open. The apartment is well equipped and we would recommend people to stay there!
