About this property

The Jefferson House

The Jefferson House is a comfy 2 bedroom house with a bonus room set up as an office/twin bedroom. It has a great kitchen and fenced in ***shared back yard***. It has a new central heating and cooling system that will keep you super toasty in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. We have super fast internet, so if your are here to work remotely we are set up for you. It's located in the Jefferson-Westside neighborhood and is a great area to walk and bike. It's located within 2 blocks of the new bike path on 13th.

See all of great reviews on the other hosting sights as well. We have not had many guests yet from VRBO.

***Please note the Guest House in the Back is Set up as a Separate VRBO as well which has a separate entrance. The yard is a Shared Space.***

Walking distance to downtown and the fairgrounds

The house is close to the freeway, around the corner from the fairgrounds, and within walking distance to downtown. The house has several amenities, even an NHL logo waffle iron! The owner was very communicative and checked in twice during our stay. If visiting Eugene, I would recommend staying here.
