Villa DanZo on the Brittany coast

Come and discover this architect's house decorated with care. Wonderfully located in the nature reserve of the bay of Saint Brieuc, cozy and friendly, our villa has 2 terraces that will allow you to enjoy the garden at any time of the day.

From this house ideally located in a quiet location, you can walk to the very popular GR34 path bordering a very beautiful wild coastline.
You will also be very quickly at the magnificent Rosaires beach.
A little further away you can discover wonderful sites such as Cap Frehel, Saint Malo, the Ile de Bréhat.
A splendid vacation in perspective!

The house offers you on the first floor, a living room opening onto the garden thanks to large sliding windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a master bedroom and a separate toilet.

A staircase overlooking the garden leads to the first floor with its 2 bedrooms, its bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

All bedrooms are equipped with windows opening to the outside and electric shutters.

The garden has 2 terraces, each with garden furniture and deckchairs to spend moments of conviviality around the trampoline, the ping-pong table and the barbecue.

Tolles Haus an der Stadtgrenze zu St Brieuc

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig, Trampolin und Tischtennis-Platte sind für Kinder super. Die Eigentümer sind bestens zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Lage des Hauses ist für Urlauber weniger attraktiv.

A peine les valises posées, on profite directement de la maison.

- Maison moderne, super équipée, bien entretenue dans un endroit calme et proche de toutes les commodités. - La fourniture du linge de maison est un vrai atout. - Communication fluide avec les propriétaires: répondent rapidement, et échanges courtois. - Accueil soigné Expérience très positive pour nous, on s’est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Magnifique villa superbement équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa superbement équipée. La maison est idéalement située et les prestations sont du niveau d'un hôtel de standing. Merci encore pour l'accueil cinq étoiles.
