The home was remodeled in early 2022 and now includes a new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and bonus features a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and an electric tea kettle. The house also features a wine fridge and a Yamaha electric piano for entertaining and relaxing. Prepare your fresh catch out on the private backyard grill, gather around the outdoor dining set for six, and tell stories around the firepit (with chairs) as the sun goes down.

Each bedroom features a mounted big-screen TV and plenty of storage for both coats and swimsuits. The desk workspace and high-speed WiFi are perfect for those looking to catch up on remote work. There's also an EV charger by the driveway.

This home is located on a quiet, dead-end street that stops at Lewis Pond. Take a walk and watch for wildlife, or head to Sea Gull Beach and Englewood Beach within one-and-a-half miles. West Yarmouth is also loaded with tons of mini-golf locations, all within a few miles of the home. For a fun and educational experience, Whydah Pirate Museum (less than a mile away!) offers the world's largest collection of artifacts from a single shipwreck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
