Amazing cottage in Dennis! Perfect location. Minute walk to beach. Cottage was beautifully decorated and well kept. Would definitely stay again! Only recommendation would be to have small fans, as rooms were stuffy at night.

The cottage was absolutely lovely! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We took advantage of the outdoor shower. The host was very kind and easily reached. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The house itself was very clean and accommodating for our girl group of four. We loved walking to the beach across the street! My 9 year old loved the swing set and sunset! We also enjoyed our walk to The Sailing Cow for breakfast/lunch/dinner! It was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit including Chatham, Sandwich, Mayflower Beach and Hyannis.

Amazing house and location. Everything you could possibly want in the coziest location steps from the beach. The details of this home was second to none-so well thought out, didn’t miss! Will definitely be back.

Cottage was cozy and immaculate. A short walk to the small Haigis Beach and a very short ride to the larger West Dennis Beach. Cottage has everything you need from appliances, utensils, fireplace, gas grill, bikes, beach gear. Everything. A fantastic stay and a great Cape experience.

Excellent stay and beautiful and clean property. I didn’t realize ( probably my fault) how little privacy (lack of shrubs or fence between bc units) there was, but nevertheless we loved our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend the property and would book again.

The cottage was just as advertised. Very cute and comfortable. It is also in a great location very close to the ocean. I informed the owner of a very small leak in the shower. I told him it was no big deal to us but wanted him to know so it didn't get out of hand for future renters. He actually drove down from his home further away to fix it. That was above and beyond as far as we were concerned. He also gave us great recommendations on places to eat. I highly recommend this rental cottage!

The cottage is lovely with high end finishing sand details. It’s small (as accurately stated in description) but because it’s so thoughtfully laid out and finished it very comfortable. We had three adults and were comfortable. The deck is almost as big as the cottage so if you have good weather it’s more living space to enjoy. In short, we were in and out all day, then hunkered down to play games each night, and were comfortable here for the week. Owners very responsive when we needed them. Thumbs up!
