This renovated beach house sleeps up to 12 guests and features a newly fenced backyard, a relaxing hot tub, a firepit, and a spacious deck for outdoor gatherings. Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen, Smart TVs, board games, and plenty of room for family and friends to unwind.



Just 1 mile from the beach and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, local casinos, wineries, the zoo, and outlet shopping, Big Blue is a great

Yes, dogs are welcome at Big Blue! 🐶 ($75 pet fee applies)

--One small to medium, potty-trained dog allowed (no puppies)

--Must be crated if left alone & kept off furniture

--Must be leashed outdoors

--Guests must clean up after pets indoors & outdoors





⚠️ Safety & House Rules

--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.

--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.

--🚭 No smoking indoors or within 50 feet (violations result in $300 cleaning fee)





⏰ Check-In / Check-Out

--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

--Check-Out: 10:00 AM

--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚

--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.

--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).





🛡️ Booking Requirements

We’re excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.

--A $500 damage deposit is required. This is returned after checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.

After booking, first-time guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement that reflects the house rules and booking details shown on this listing. Information provided is used solely to coordinate maintenance or schedule adjustments during your stay. This information is kept strictly within our team and is never shared externally.
