This is a great stay. The house is clean and well put together. The yard is great with a big deck and grill area. I highly recommend this location!

Large yard

The house in general served it's purpose. The range quit working in the middle of making breakfast on day 1 and didn't work for the remainder of our stay. The owner attempted to contact his repairman but we were stuck eating out or using the grill, which was not convenient. We were refunded money for the hassle. The bunkbeds were very unstable and the adults sleeping in them were afraid to move. The tub/shower in the master bedroom was extremely slippery and the shower curtains stick to your body. When entering the home you notice a mildew smell but it goes away. There are no curtains or shades on any of the bedroom windows. There are no mattress or pillow protectors on any of the beds or pillows. Other than those issues the house was fine. Beds & pillows were comfortable. The main level bath has been completely redone with a large tiled walkin shower. Jim was very easy to work with and we would stay there again if they made a few adjustments.

Updated home in the woods outside of Gaylord

This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath updated SFH on a 6 acre wooded lot about 7 minutes outside downtown Gaylord. It’s located within east driving distance of four golf resorts and about 5 minutes from Otsego State Park. The house is private but visible from the road. No close neighbors. The house was recently redecorated including several new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of cookware, dinnerware. GREAT owners. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We’re very happy here! Highly recommended. Great for a stay near the golf resorts. (There’s also a lot of off road trails here. They look fun and there are many atv’s but I don’t know anything about it.)
