Escape to Lakeshore Point, a summer oasis in Maine! Our charming lake house invites families to a rejuvenating retreat to reconnect. Tucked amidst lush greenery, relish the views of Canton Lake from your private beach access. With 200' of lakefront, enjoy water fun or soak up the sun! Your days will begin with birdsongs & end with the gentle lapping sounds of the lake. Experience the magic of Lakeshore Point & forge memorable adventures!

The house has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to sleep 8-10 guests. The kitchen is large, open, and has new, modern appliances that any chef would love. There is a large master bath with 2 shower heads and double vanity as well as an additional 1/2 bath. The large, wrap-around deck is perfect for hanging out, grilling, and outdoor dining during the summer months. A fire pit overlooks the lake, perfect for s'mores and listening to the loons! Enjoy Lakeshore Point throughout the summer and winter.

Summer - The only thing better than the westerly sunset views is being a few steps away from the lake! There is over 200' of lake frontage of crystal clear water to go along with your own private, sandy beach. Enjoy watching your kids swim and play in the lake while sunbathing or relaxing with a drink on the large, wrap-around deck. The setup is perfect for all your favorite

Winter - just 45 minutes from Sunday River with local mountains even closer, it's the ideal spot for family skiing. It's also right near many snowmobile trails, including ITS 89. If ice skating is your thing, you have Canton Lake right outside your front door!

Beautiful Getaway For The Family!

This is our third stay at Lakeshore Point and we had yet another amazing stay! We've now been there in the summer, winter and spring and loved each visit. The house is simply adorable - the inside is so well thought out and the attention to detail in unreal. The house is pristine, comfortable, stylish, with many thoughtful and modern touches throughout. The design and layout of the house were perfect for my wife and I and our 3 kids, who absolutely loved the upstairs loft and trundle beds! The house has everything you need - smart TVs, fast wifi, stocked kitchen, new appliances, rain shower...you name it. But the outside is always our favorite part of our stay - morning coffee on the dock, lunch on the deck overlooking Canton Lake, relaxing on the private sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, then ending the day with drinks by the firepit. Every time we stay at Lakeshore Point we feel so relaxed that we don't want to leave. The amount of peace and quiet this place offers is like no other. It's the last house on the road overlooking Canton Lake. It's easy to get to and check-in and check-out are a snap with the smart lock & keypad. Roman and Reka are incredibly friendly and were attentive to all our questions/needs. The unexpected welcome gifts was a nice touch and much appreciated! We'll definitely be renting their place again and can't wait to return...5-stars all around!

A Feel-Good Place

Great natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows on the south side and picture windows facing the lake. Well thought-out lighting and interior design. A kitchen that is super-easy to work in. Nicely appointed with comfortable beds. They did a really nice job renovating this place. Plus the dock, fire "pit" and wrap-around deck provide very enjoyable outdoor spaces for hanging out.

We knew we wanted to one day own our own little slice of Maine so our family can experience "Vacationland" throughout the year. So after years of searching for the right place, we finally found the perfect home right here on Canton Lake!

This little fixer-upper was in the most perfect location and we could see its full potential. So we've spent the past few years completely renovating and bringing it back to life. We're happy to be done and can finally enjoy it with our children. It's our hope that you and your family love it as much as we do and can make your own lasting memories here!
