The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the ceiling of this apartment is low (as visible in the photo) and may not be suitable for tall individuals.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Villeurbanne is a large commune next to Lyon with large green parks perfect for an idyllic stroll along the Rhône River. It's just 15 minutes away by car to the heart of Lyon.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Cusset metro station: 1 minute

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
