This updated clean and convenient Studio unit is located on the 15th floor with outstanding views of the Ocean and just 2 blocks from the beach. Convenient to the next door Bonnet House and adjacent State Part it is just a walk across the bridge from the Galleria Mall and water taxi stop. The unit has a king bed, table for two and small kitchenette with a stove top surface microwave and mini fridge. On site parking and elevator service make access convenient and there is a work out center and laundromat in the building.
