Fantastic Cottage in Buckhead

What an amazing stay. Great location, roomy, and awesome outdoor patio area. We stayed here for a men's golf trip; however, it would be great for a multiple family/couple trip too. Definitely plan on using this spot if we travel there again.

Great place near downtown

Great for company retreats

Perfect Stay

We had the best weekend stay here. The house is amazing, clean and wonderful and an awesome neighborhood! He had everything we needed and the communication with the host was prompt and confident inspiring. I definitely recommend anyone stay here without hesitation.

Excellent location, comfortable & well-appointed accommodations

Our group of six work colleagues rented the entire Dobbs house out while we were in town for a trade show. The Dobbs location was convenient to shopping, the GWCC, and other downtown attractions. There was plenty of space for each of us to do our own thing, or collaborate in one of the common spaces... 10/10 would stay again!

Easter Getaway

We spent our Easter weekend in this space with 10 people. There was plenty of room to sleep, hang, eat. The location was less than half mile from the Beltline so we chose to walk out to coffee, dinners, and shopping. It was less than a 10 minute drive to downtown for the aquarium and all the city has to offer. I would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive and professional.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Our group of 8 rented the entire Dobbs House along with the Luxe Guest Suite. Everything was beyond perfect so I don’t know where to begin! I guess I can start by saying that Justin was very patient and accommodating from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions prior to booking, was onsite upon arrival to give us a tour and provided information and driving directions for nearby stores and restaurants, which was extremely helpful. Justin was also around and checked in on us and provided additional amenities throughout the duration our stay (in a very helpful, non-intrusive way). In regards to the home itself, the listing was great, but it just couldn’t do it the justice of seeing it in person!!! The home is beautifully remodeled and we were immediately able to make ourselves feel at home due to all of the amenities. We were also pleasantly surprised by the backyard setup that isn’t yet shown in the pictures !!! Additionally, my husband and I stayed at the Luxe Suite and you cannot tell me I wasn’t on an island somewhere!!! It was amazing and you should definitely take a look it as an option for your stay as well. I definitely would love to stay here again when visiting Atlanta! Thanks Justin!
