Cottage is a little out dated but charming. House is as pictures show. Definitely would stay again in same cottage. Firepit was awesome.

Only give it a 4 because theres not enough outlets and a little outdated but work is in fact being done so i wont knock that. Beds were comfortable and the pool was AMAZING for our (8) girls weekend trip. Perfect location and will be back next year!!! Tiffany was also a true gem!

Great Location, But Several Issues Detracted From the Stay

We stayed at Tiffany’s cottage and loved the location just a short walk to the GOTL strip with plenty of parking and a nice pool to relax by. Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The house was not very clean. While we understand it’s a cottage and expect some cobwebs, we found sticky surfaces, stained furniture, and a general lack of upkeep.The listing advertised A/C, but we arrived to find it not installed. We had to move furniture and set up two window units ourselves, and even then, the cottage never cooled off. There was also no hot water. When I brought it up, I was told the system was installed incorrectly and "maybe I should leave a note next time."Another issue was a hornet’s nest in one of the bedrooms. I contacted Tiffany, and during the call she asked if we had tape to help remove it. We didn’t. Later, we appreciated that the nest was removed, but returned to find sticky tack and tape left behind some of which ended up on my bag. That cleanup should not have been left to us.The location is great and the pool was nice, but the overall experience left much to be desired I would not stay here again especially for the price.

Block off the Strip, close to everything

This is an older property which needs an upgrade. The owners just took over and are working hard to see this is done. They were very responsive when contacted. We had 6 older adults staying here. I wouldn't book for more than that unless you add on 2 kids to stay in the bunk beds. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Roku TV was available and we enjoyed that. We only had sheets for the beds, no blankets and 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a 3 day weekend. The bathroom had great hot water and it was a shower only. Drain in shower needed cleaned out and tub needs a shower mat, as one of our adults did slip in the tub. We decided on this cottage for the inground pool access and our guys did enjoy that. It was within walking distance to everything on the strip.

Mixed feelings

Cottage was neat and clean, but I noticed a couple safety issues: Inadequate hand railings on the stairway, NO rubber mat for the bathtub. 1 family member has mobility problems and the stairs were difficult for her. Disappointed that the pool was shared by 9 cottages! My family did not use it. My daughters enjoyed their stay and feel that I am nit picking, but in view of the price I paid I was disappointed!

Great Communication! Wonderful Host!

Stayed for the weekend in winter due to its location. Tiffany was so easy to work with and very responsive to needs/requests. Cottage is older (not fancy) but had everything we needed.
