Awesome lake view house right off the strip Built new 2021. Nothing newer or better located in GOTL. Quiet yet walkable to everywhere in town. Once you stay here, having happy hour & your morning coffee overlooking the lake, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in town. Park cars at the house and walk the town!

This house sleeps six, with two bedrooms upstairs and an in-law suite downstairs. An open concept living space upstairs includes a full granite kitchen, and great room with gathering and dining areas. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and an en-suite bathroom with tub downstairs. The crown jewel of the house is the elevated deck that allows guests to watch beautiful sunsets each night of their visit. Lake Access with steps into water.

Elevated desk space overlooking the lake. A perfect work or puzzle place. Plenty of space and places to gather and interact. Two couches and a large table to enjoy and interact, dine, or watch a movie on the large screen TV.

Family Trip to the lake

We had an amazing time. The balcony up stairs living is great to listen to the water and view sunsets. Great spot to be able to walk to the strip. We were worried about walking our lil dogs but we had no issues in a public field space behind the eateries across the street. We will be back. PS my daughter solved the cube puzzle !!

GOTL

This was our first time to GOTL and we loved it. The cottage we stayed in was nice and close to downtown. We had 6 adults and 2 small children, we all fit but it was tight. Beds were just ok and they need new pillows. The balcony is awesome that allows nice lake views.

Location is everything

We stayed at this property for the thunder on the strip bike event. We were able to park our vehicles at the cottage and never really need to use them again until it was time to leave. That's property provided everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. As stated in the description it is directly across the Street and within walking distance of all the bars and shops on the strip. from the cove

Beautiful place, perfect location

Better than described. Easy check in, spotless, and right on the lake, but just a 30 second walk from the strip. Mid strip, so it's quieter. Some have mentioned parking being an issue. Not at all for us. Plenty of space for our two cars. Some have mentioned clutter outside the entrance. It's not bad. In fact, my Dad took pics of the simple bench so he can build a couple. The rooms are spacious and the in law suite is especially nice. It has everything you need. Very nice and I'll definitely stay again when visiting the north shore.

OK for last minute trip

First time at GOTL. We booked this only a week or so before our stay. The location to the strip was very convenient. It does have a nice lake view from the deck. The condo is stacked. Parking is a challenge on the street. There are no yards on this street. Property is not lake front. The steps down to the lake are rickety , and at the bottom it is just a cement sidewalk. Really not inviting to lounge and not really swimmable. The entrance to the private steps is very weedy and overgrown. Not inviting at all. Some of the other properties have a very inviting lawn down to the lake , manicured with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake. This property does not. But - if you aren’t gonna be hanging at your place much the condo is comfortable , clean , has all you need in the kitchen. Owners were helpful. Seems the property may be in the process of getting upgrades. Some unfinished carpentry etc. would I stay here again - maybe. I’d most likely choose something on the end of the strip with more inviting access to the lake. We enjoyed the old timey feel of GOTL .. Eddies is a treat and enjoyed some of the live music night life. If you have dog Ruff Life on the Lake is a good food spot to bring a dog with dog themed food and it was pretty good. Enjoyed the wineries and the state park.

Eclipse fun

The house was perfect to experience Eclipse 2024. Once we parked we could walk everywhere. There is an upstairs deck to watch the eclipse which made it easier for one guest who had mobility issues. The layout of the upstair floor was good and worked for us. The one teenager was delighted to sleep downstairs. She said it was like having her own apartment. The downstairs bathroom was spacious and the water was hot! Always a plus. I slept on the couch and Terry was right, the one by the deck door was more comfortable. I did try the pull out bed, it was as good as a pull out bed could be. Thanks for putting the sheets on it. GOTL is a wonderful place. The business owners were happy to see us off season. We could walk to the town park or the state park which was an extra bonus. We got to see the sunset over Lake Erie which is so big and beautiful! We even got to buy some eclipse wine from a local winery to celebrate! We would love to go back to GOTL and to Terry's lake houses.

Great stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and I’m glad that we found this place! It was about 15 minutes from Spire and a great location on the strip. I would definitely stay again!
