SEASONAL Rental - Beautiful, Spacious Home, MINUTES to the Mountain and Beach

Rental price is $5000/month (all incls.), minimum 4 months. Escape the city for the summer and move your office to this beautiful home with views of the mountain! This is the perfect location. Close to everything including golf courses, biking and hiking, Northwinds Beach, and Blue Mountain. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are only a short drive away. Our home has a chalet feel to it, high ceilings, large windows and a nice patio where you can enjoy the nature and peace and quiet. We have all the amenities you could ask for including fast WiFi, cable, central air conditioning, a master-ensuite, outdoor fireplace and seating are as well as a patio and bbq. All NEW appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, washer and dryer)and plenty of storage. The upstairs is the kitchen/living room so you have a wonderful view of the mountains. It is open concept so everything is at your fingertips. We have a new pool table to enjoy.
We also have an open loft that has a table/chairs, but also great for an office or for guests to stay. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, Master - king bed; Queen bedroom and two bathrooms (one ensuite) and laundry room. The attached single-car garage has plenty of room to store golf clubs, bicycles, and more.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
