The house itself was clean and ready for use, but the back yard was not including the hot tub. Over all would say a good house, but pay attention to the listing as there is only one seperate toilet for the 2 full bathrooms on the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms. It was very close to the train which was very helpful for getting into Paris.

The location was handy for the train into Paris. House was easy to locate and get access to, and had plenty of off street parking. General cleanliness was good. Kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to self cater for the week. We felt that for a house that accommodates 10 people, there was not enough living space with only one sofa. It made relaxing much more difficult.It was also limiting only having one upstairs toilet to accommodate 8 people. The outside space at the back of the house needed better shading, for example, the shutter did not work on the back of the dining room.
