This charming home is centrally located within a few miles of downtown Lititz and just a half mile from Rock Lititz. It is situated in a gorgous neighborhood with just a short walk to Dean L Saylor park for those who want to take a walk on a relaxing summer day.

This home boasts a back deck and large backyard which are great for relaxing at home or sitting by the fire. The kitchen provides you with seating for 4 with a formal dining room that seats 6. The kitchen is well stocked with the dishes and utensils necessary to cook and eat at home.

The spacious Living Room is equipped with a smart TV and wireless internet. A half Bath is located on the first floor along with Washer and Dryer for your use. The large basement is great for entertaining and fun for the family. It includes a pool table, Fooseball Table & Bar area.

Upstairs provides 3 large bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms has a queen size bed while one boasts a king. There is plenty of room in this home to spread out and enjoy your stay.

Awesome House!!!

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this property. It was super clean and very spacious with a large playroom downstairs. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet. Will likely book this property if come to PA.

Great Home - Everything we needed!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Home was lovely and spacious for a family. Large yard for outdoor activities. Location was a great home base for our soccer tournament fields and close to downtown Litiz and not too far from Lancaster. Owners provided everything we needed for a comfortable saty! Would stay again if in the area.

We Had A Blast!

Our family enjoyed the neighborhood, and we enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and spacious for us to hangout and spend time together!
