Relax to the sounds of the waves and the feel of the Gulf breeze. You will love this charming condo right on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. This 1-bedroom Gulf-Front unit has a king bed, sleeper sofa, full-size laundry and hallway bunks.

With a stay at this well-maintained condo you'll have access to complimentary beach chair service March 1-October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella will be set up on the beach for you, weather permitting.

For rainy days or movie nights, relax together on the comfy sofa in front of the large TV. You'll want to spend your mornings on the balcony taking in the salt water breezes. This spot is the best place to grab a sunrise. Or a sunset if you're not a morning person.

You'll have easy access to the beautiful beach walkover. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. Mistral Condominiums are located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Your stay at Mistral 11 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Relaxing stay!!

Great location, listening to the waves at night from the den. Just steps down the walkway to the beach. Beautiful views. Located just a short bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach communities. Just a short drive down the road from Seaside. Could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Benchmark management was always in communication and responsive to all questions. The beach chair and bike rentals included with the reservation weee so easy to set up. Please note - bring your own beach towels! The only small draw back was the small amount of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products for a week long stay. I had to buy extra plus tissues, hopefully they were left to for the next tenant. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect for private beach access and beach service

Perfect inexpensive stay for private beach access and beach service. You get what you pay for obviously not the most aesthetically appealing compared to others. One and only bathroom was tiny and the unit was small for my family of 5 but we made it work. Complaints- needs new tvs and no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Owners need to improve outdoor furiture to bar height - can't see over the railing. Rods were broken for the curtains in the main room. Pull down shade was broken in the bedroom. Managment needs to make sure every communication RE: WiFi gives the correct Wi-Fi login and scrub the areas where it gives you the old login information.

The unit is not stocked with beach towels, paper products or first day coffee. We experienced incredibly loud construction noise above us for an entire Saturday and an hour Monday with no support from Benchmark Mgmt. In the future, we will look for properties hosted by individuals instead of a management company.

Bathroom hot water at the sink was turned off because of constant noisy dripping, the screen to the sliding door was upside down and backwards (we fixed it ourselves), sliding door trim is all rusted and there was a rusted piece of metal on the balcony, no screen in bedroom window, no paper towel provided, wall clock had no battery and sofa cushion torn and worn.

Bust of a vacation

Start out getting a text saying the AC was broken the night before we arrived an they were going to fix it on Monday. We arrived on Saturday so we pushed through the 76 degrees inside the condo. They showed up at 9 am on Monday even after we asked for notice and never received a answer. They stayed until 2 pm and everything was working for about an hour and then the ac shut off temp went to 78 and they can back they messed up the line and fixed it so we only had 1 good day of AC
