The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit with Bay views. There are nicely painted walls throughout, with warm color tones that are reminiscent of a high-end hotel. There are tasteful furnishings in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms, including a TV in the living room and a wonderful sleeper sofa couch with a memory foam mattress. The owner has also done an excellent job of tastefully decorating the unit throughout. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with Wi-Fi. Last, but not least are those relaxing bay views that will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day!

The Makai is known for its many great amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, billiards room and gym. The Makai is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf, jet skis and much more!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
