Just Beachy! Absolute top notch design, Oceanviews

Beautifully remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Head’s main beach! Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This cozy villa features a fully stocked kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, bikes, and beach chairs included for your stay. Freshly updated with stylish decor, smart TVs, and modern comforts. Direct beach access on property and just a short stroll to Hilton Head’s new Celebration Park — perfect for a fun, relaxing beach vacation! Please note that the condo is open concept so there is no door between the living room and bedroom.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fun and relaxing; one suggestion is to have clocks in the bedroom and kitchen/den area

So glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the tip in the bedroom, we do not have a clock in the living room because you can see the time on the stove and the microwave. Please look us up for future stays!
