2017年10月に新しく改装されました！ プライベートパティオからのオーシャンビュー、正面玄関からのプールの眺め。 居心地の良いヴィラには、設備の整った新しいキッチン、55インチのスマートテレビがあり、ビーチへもすぐです。 オーシャンフロントコンプレックスは、多くのショップ、レストラン、アトラクションまで徒歩圏内です。 ヴィラには、2つのビーチチェアと傘、2つのビーチバイク、屋内プールとホットタブを含むPlayers Club（2ブロック先）のジムメンバーシップが含まれます。

It’s a SHOREthing that we will be back!

We absolutely love SHOREthing! It’s the perfect size for me and my husband. We love that it is right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny. Having access to bikes is also a plus for us. This was our second time staying here and can promise we will be back!!

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay. Close to the beach, great location, and the owner was very responsive! Note, it is a small unit but perfect for 2 people.

Perfect Location steps from the beach!!

We loved SHOREthing retreat! It was perfect for a couple or family with small children. Right next to the beach! Within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which had shops, restaurants, live music and more!! The rental had 2 bikes we could use to ride around the island. Pool was refreshing when you needed a break from the beach/sand! Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Beautiful location

The unit was beautiful along with all of the foliage on and around the grounds. It was so easy getting in, checking in and getting around the property. The owners did everything for us but go to the beach! Haha The bikes were such a great treat, we never drove anywhere, including the grocery store. Great time and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location and amazing host!

This location is amazing! The unit is small but has everything you could possibly need. Coligny circle is a short walk/bike ride away and beach right there! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Cozy getaway

The host were great and easy to reach. The condo has room for your kids. But way more comfortable for you and your special someone.

Great place!!

This was a perfect location and we loved the property! Easy beach access, great restaurants in walking distance, and only a 3 mile bike to sea pines. We really enjoyed this stay.

Great location, sofa bed not comfortable

We really enjoyed our time there and the location was perfect! The only negative was the pull out sofa bed was basically not sleep-able. I usually end up on the sofa bed because I travel with my mom and kids, and I realize they are never that great. But this one was terrible. As long as you don’t plan on using the pull out sofa bed, you’ll enjoy this place!

Perfect HHI location

Property was just as listed. There were several updates (counters, paint, flooring) and the Property Manager, Kendall, was always immediately responsive to our requests. Restaurants and shopping at Cologne was a short walk away.

Perfect place for a quick getaway

I was taking a spur of the moment vacation for a few days and wanted a nice quite place to go to the beach and this place was perfect! I loved that there was an elevator and I didn't have to lug all my bags up stairs. The place was wonderfully set up and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was everything I needed, clean towels and fresh bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, and silverware. The nice big TV in the living room was awesome and I had no problem signing in and back out of my own Netflix account. I highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Right on the beach!

We had a great stay at this cute little property! Loved that we had direct access to the beach from the boardwalk in the parking lot. The host was extremely helpful & responsive!

Summer vacation 2022

I have been staying at Seaside Villas since 2006. This villa was super cute, very clean and had all of the amneties that we needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to communicate with us when we had a question. Totally recommned staying with Kendall.
