very comfortable in all aspects, very cleaned rooms, clean bathroom, good shower hot water, washing machine, very functional kitchen with great oven. Car space in the yard.Close, walking distance to all businesses, bakery, bar, hairdresseur, Aldies store, butcher, pharmacy.close to walking and bike trails, buses.Heat ok! for winter, No A/C for Summers, may need to add fans, or portable A/C units would be a plus.Very accomodating, nice, and friendly hosts.

Location agréable

Petite location agréable, propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants 😊 Quelques petits bémols : portail difficile à ouvrir, matelas à changer (très mou et qui se creuse) et les serviettes de toilette fournies étaient humides et ne sentaient pas le propre. Rue un peu bruyante la journée mais cela n'enlève en rien la praticité de cette location

maison plein pied dans village tres calme. a 100 m de boulangerie et boucher. bonne literie.

visite de caen, journees à la plage à villers sur mer, visites et restaurants au centre de caen, le soir barbecue dans la location. tout était bien concu, on avait vraiment tout le nécessaire dans cette maison de plain pied. a recommander
