Nice 2 rooms air-conditioned + terrace

It consists of:
- living room with sofa bed and TV - equipped kitchenette (refrigerator top, microwave, mini oven grill)
- terrace with garden table, sunbeds and awning, view on the beach of Lazaret
- room with double mattress in 160 - bathroom with shower and WC

Charges not included: Tourist tax/electricity during heating periods
Optional services to be paid for on-site:
*Sale of disposable linen kit at the price of 12 € per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases)

Egalement appelé CAP LAZARET, cet ensemble de résidences a pour horizon, au-delà de la méditerranée, les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées avec son point le plus élevé le Canigou. Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
