The lamps were functional, but we discovered that the outlet they were connected to had gone bad. That issue has since been repaired. We also checked into the concern about the toilet paper and did not find any evidence of a bug spray smell; however, out of an abundance of caution, we replaced the entire package it came from. Regarding the window, you’re absolutely right, there was a very small gap due to deteriorated caulking. Over time this can happen, and we’ve since repaired and sealed it to prevent outside noise and drafts. We’re sorry to hear that the unit did not meet your expectations, but your feedback helped us identify and correct these issues quickly. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope to provide a much better experience in the future.

I understand how frustrating it must have been arriving late at night and not being able to access the unit as expected. Unfortunately, the door code issue took longer than usual to resolve, especially given the late hour. Once we were able to connect, our priority was to get you settled as quickly as possible, which is why we moved you into a different unit right away. At the time, that alternate unit did have some ongoing construction on the balcony. This was part of preventative maintenance being performed by the building to keep everything up to standard. I completely understand how the noise and restricted balcony access impacted your stay, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying it over the weekend. For what it’s worth, the building has since completed that work, and there are currently no additional maintenance projects scheduled. We truly regret that your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
