Walking distance to food store and Fresh Pond Hike/Bike trails. Short 1-mile drive to Bethany Beach. Across the street from Salt Pond Golf Course. Quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood with about 35 homes. Home Maximum 8 people.

Great location for outside activities. One mile drive into Bethany Beach. Launch your boat or jetski each day in our private owned boat ramp, crab or fish in the canal, Golf at Salt Pond across the street, Shop at Hockers across the street. Ocean View Brewery down the street along with various restaurants. Take a Bike/Walk/Hike through Fresh Pond or two other trails within walking distance. Also convenient to West Avenue Playground/Park and Ocean View Marina.
