Located approximately 6 miles away from the XNA Airport, 7 miles from Downtown Bentonville Square, 8 miles to I-49 freeway and minutes drive to local Walmart, cafes, and eateries.

The kitchen is equipped with essential necessities you'll need to cook and prepare just about anything.

Perfect for our needs!

Our family of 5 stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was very convenient to town and to my dad’s house. The house was spotless, and the layout was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fairly well equipped to make the dishes I needed to take to Thanksgiving. I asked the host several questions and she was quick and kind in answering. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the area!

Very nice house

We enjoyed the house and location. Communication was excellent with owner. The house had everything we needed other than a broom to sweep up kids crumbs. Not related to the house, travelers should avoid a horrible intersection 2.5 miles to the west of the house. Our daughter and family was in an accident on the way to the house. Thankfully no one was injured.
