The space is quite spacious and clean. Has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Completely private with comfortable furniture. It also has a nice terrace with an excellent beach view.

A Smart Tv with access to Netflix

In addition, you will have access to an Infiniti pool that is located on the 7th floor, an available gym, an elevator, and a parking space inside the garage area.

Restaurants, shops, clubs, bars, banks, pharmacies, and grocery centers are within walking distance.

I can give you suggestions for a variety of walks, activities, must-go-attractions, and a transposition contact to a “pulmonía”, a tourist favorite, so your experience and stay in Mazatlan is the best.

Great place!

We had a great time here. The condo is spacious and has everything we needed. Location is excellent and the view is beautiful. The owner/managers are quick to respond and always so kind and considerate. We will be back!

Golden price for the gold zone

The property is an excellent property in a great location of Mazatlan. The condo has a great flow, outstanding WiFi, in unit washer, dryer and two master bathrooms. Only negative things in the property are easily fixed. This property needs more essential stuff that a normal home should have. The property has four bath towels and two hand towels. It needs more liens and blankets. The tv is placed in a not so friendly area. It’s there but, would not suggest leaving it there I believe it should need more table lamps for mood lighting in all the room. The lights are bright with no dimmer. Either bright or dark, that’s it. We stayed a week but brought our own toiletries. This would be an outstanding place with a few extra simple stuff to add. If you are staying here for the weekend, good call. If you are staying here for a week or more just bring some extra stuff, we did. The pool on the 7th floor is good, not many people are using it while we were there. 3rd floor center facing the beach. Great views throughout the day. Walking distance to the beach, great food, live music and easily to get to by the local transportation. I look forward to staying here again.

The condo is just gorgeous... clean, well-kept, and spacious. There's a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach and boardwalk are within walking distance. The host is super responsive and courteous. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

As a family, we often visit relatives in Mazatlan and decided to invest in a place where not only we can enjoy the amazing stuff this city has to offer but to open our homes to many s who wish to experience it as well.

Why they chose this property

This property is brand new and was constructed in 2020, therefore it has many updated features many other condos or apartments around the area would not have. It is also located in a coveted area "The Golden Zone" since it is within walking distance from the beach and many restaurants and bars. Not to mention the amazing view you will wake up to. It is also one of the few places that have an Infiniti pool and gym as amenities.
