SLEEPS 10-12: Newly updated lake house with 2 large wrap-around covered decks perfectly situated on a bend in Rough River Lake to take in the beautiful panoramic view, or cheer for your favorite team watching the outdoor TV in comfortable gliding rockers and hammock swing chairs. Enjoy the string lit fire pit and large yard for corn hole, washers, volleyball, or just lounge in the adirondack chairs and chill and grill in the outdoor kitchen. Private loft with full bathroom upstairs, another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 with king bed and the other with 2 full-sized mattress bunks. Plenty of seating in the 3 couch living room (1 with a full-sized fold out bed), farmhouse style table and whiskey barrel table in the dining area. Four double sliding glass doors and large windows to catch the sun and look out on the water. Located in a neighborhood-watched community, Panoramic Point offers safe paved walking or biking routes.

We enjoyed a lake weekend with our adult kids, but after just one night I was already wishing we had booked a longer stay! I spent most of my time on the wraparound deck soaking in the amazing lake views. All of the seating, tables, and swing chairs made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.The home was beautiful, with lovely lake decor and thoughtful little touches everywhere. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We had four people staying with two more joining us for a day, and there was more than enough seating and space for everyone—in the kitchen, living room, and outside.The fire pit was perfect for relaxing with the family and roasting marshmallows after a busy day. There were so many amenities, including the outdoor kitchen and games, that we didn’t even get to enjoy them all. A weekend simply wasn’t long enough! We loved our stay and would happily come back.

I am reviewing this property with mixed feelings. The explanation of the views in the posting were correct . They are not disappointing. However, the overall cleanliness of the property was poor. The toilets were not clean and had waste inside the bowl and even on the outside of the toilet.. Also, the bathtub/ showers were in need of deep cleaning. Unfortunately , that was addressed by me. Beds were clean towels were clean. The floor was vacuum but not mopped and my socks were proof of the uncleanliness.With that being said, I do not necessarily blame the host instead I would put the blame on her cleaning team .We were compensated for the cleaning fee, that is normally paid out by her.

We LOVE being at the lake, but with a big busy family, we don't get to spend as much time there as we'd like. We wanted to share our lake house so others could enjoy it as much as we do.

You CANNOT beat this view! The house is uniquely positioned on three waterfront lots along a big bend in Rough River Lake so you can see a long view of boats, kayakers, and jet skis cruising by.
