Long Term Rentals Welcome!



This is a brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located near Nolin Lake. We are less than a mile from Moutardier Marina in a private gated community. This home comfortably sleeps 11 people. A path is located outside our back yard that leads you to a private cove where you can kayak, paddle board, fish and enjoy the peaceful lake views.
Bedroom Break down: Master- King, Spare 1- Queen, Spare 2- Queen, Spare 3- 4 twins, 1 full.
We have an oversized screened in deck with fireplace to enjoy bug free evenings. There is also a firepit located outside for bonfires.
The basement is finished with a big tv, sectional and bathroom for more space. Covered space outside for cornhole!

Great place near mammoth caves

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were very receptive and helpful. Home is new and beautiful and in a great location for a trip to mammoth caves.

Family fun in Kentucky

We had a lovely time in Kentucky visiting Mammoth Cave and other close sites. The house is beautiful - we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and ping pong in the basement.

Weekend getaway

Loved getting away from the city for a nature recharge. Fishing, hiking, Mammoth Cave NP! We had a relaxing weekend with beautiful accommodations. Host was easy to contact and very prompt. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our time at this property. The house is beautiful and there was so much usable space for our group of 11 to spread out. Plus, the house is tucked into a beautiful setting in the woods and was the perfect distance for trips to Mammoth Cave and and hiking excursions. The host was also wonderful and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house on Nolin Lake.

Great communication with the owners. The house is beautiful and easily slept 8 adults and 1 infant. The kitchen is to die for and the enclosed porch with fireplace was a constant hangout spot. I can’t say enough good things about the house. Extremely clean and well cared for. We had a long weekend with family and enjoyed our time here very much. Thank you!!

Feels like (lake) home to me!

This is such a gorgeous property. You can tell the owners love this house and get great use out of it themselves. There's tons of games to play, an incredibly well stocked kitchen, space to spread out / gather, and a beautiful setting in the woods on the perimeter around the lake. The owners of this property are awesome! They checked in with me ahead of time and helped to answer my questions when my plans fell through. We had a great time! I brought a group of 8 people in our late 20's down to the lake to spend quality time together. We had so much fun hanging out on the screened porch and playing like kids in the backyard. It was so nice to disconnect!

New house in the woods

Beautiful new home with an amazing screened in porch, nice flat backyard for the kids to play, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay! We stayed here to go to mammoth cave, which was an easy drive. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults & 4 kids to stay comfortably. We would definitely return in summer time to check out the lake too. Thanks!

New Year In Kentucky

What a fantastic house! The colors, decor, design, amenities and surrounding forest are perfect for a nice getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and Sarah (owner) was super helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

Together Again for a Family Wedding

We rented this beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 Bath home to bring our 3 boys and their wife/girlfriends in from all over the country so that we could visit and then all go to their nieces wedding. This was the perfect house in the middle of a woods setting. We spent the night before the wedding on the screened in porch with a roaring fire in their incredible fireplace. This porch is the perfect hangout...you have to see it to believe it! We cooked both dinner and the next morning's breakfast on their outdoor grills while enjoying the scenery of being out in the woods not far from a lake. The accommodations were perfect, and their new wifi allowed us to stream music and TV throughout our stay. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. If you are looking for a nice hidden gem to stay at in a beautiful new home that is laid out perfectly for your visit, this is it. Especially now in the fall with all the leaves changing colors.

Great home base for Mammoth Cave

Spotless, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable home for all generations to enjoy. Kids loved playing ping pong and making S’mores in the fire pit. Adults enjoyed using the back porch. We were there for a quick visit to Mammoth Cave but will visit again for the lake!
