Start your morning soaking in the hot tub or curled up on a heavenly chaise lounge in the sunroom. Just 9 houses from the beach, toss in a fishing line at the ferry jetty, while steps away, your group soaks up the sun on the beach. Enjoy the local pool or a beachfront eatery, both just a few blocks away! Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before heading home for grilling & corn hole by the fire, or watching movies on the screened porch! Click our icon for our other Cape May homes!

THE HOUSE:
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout.

Everything in our home is on the first floor. The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2025. The sunroom is in the front of the house and air-conditioned. The living room has an electric fireplace, and the TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen has a coffee and wine bar and brand new appliances.

Off the dining room is a screened in porch with TV, dining table and lounge set. The backyard is fully fenced, with a hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, fire-pit, and a sun deck.

Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.

LOCATION:
The house is situated just one block from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing red-sky sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.

Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Close to Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Zoo, Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Convention Center, Wildwood Boardwalk, hiking trails, and award winning Wineries and Breweries in every direction!



The house is four mini blocks from the bay. Each block is two houses, 9 houses total. At the end of the fourth block the house is one in from the corner.

Beach access is at the end of the block.

There are continuous recording cameras on the property, including a RING front door camera.

Our party of 4 needed a place to stay to attend a wedding. The house was 100 percent better than staying at a hotel. We walked to the ferry twice, walked the beach, the house is in a perfect location to do those things. The house was very clean and modern. We loved the extras the house has such as the hot tub, fire pit area, screened in porch and more. We also loved that it came with linens and towels.

Comfy Beach Cottage

We rented this adorable cottage for a girls week, all of us celebrating our 70th birthday this year. We did our research well in advance and were delighted that this cottage lived up to its online write up. We found the home to be very well appointed with all the comforts of home. A lovely quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a wonderful beach. Without question, we would rent this home again - it was a perfect vacation spot!

Beautiful Home

We had a recent wonderful stay at this North Cape May home. The home was spotless clean with beautiful decor, and excellent communication from the owner. Little touches throughout made the stay very enjoyable such as shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, a coffee pot and kuerig which is a necessity for us, an adorable air conditioned front porch, labels on everything and comfy beds. I hope to stay again next year.

This home was perfect! Great location-truly close to everything! Very responsive owners. The interior space was beautiful, comfortable, cozy and spacious!! A perfect oasis for relaxation and recreation

This home is beautifully appointed and includes many 'extras' that make it a 5-star location. The kitchen is spacious, the outdoor seating areas are perfect for enjoying a fire, some sun or a morning tea/coffee. Plenty of entertaining and table spaces for larger groups. A quick walk takes you to a lovely beach for strolls in the sand and breathtaking sunsets. Everything was clean and well-stocked. A short 10 min. ride into Cape May for shopping, sightseeing and superb restaurants. While we don't have children, if you did, this neighborhood had very wide streets where they could easily bicycle or skateboard with very little traffic.

Exceeding Expectations

The house was exceptional. The kitchen, the yard, and the screened patio are gorgeous. The kitchen has every appliance one could hope for in a house rental. From the bedding, to the furniture, to the home decor, or felt like a home away from on the beach. The added benefit of beach chairs, umbrella, and collapsible wagon made our experience even better. The beach on the Delaware Bay is awesome and less than an 8 minute walk door to door. Thank you to our hosts Heather and Andrew.

Loved this property and our stay at Cape May

We loved our stay. The house was lovely and they had it was well stocked and appointed. They even had things that are more like a hotel available like shampoo and conditioner in the showers. They thought of all the details and we really enjoyed it. We went with our two older children 20 and 17 and they enjoyed it too. Liked the quietness and loved the local beach. Huge fan of all of it. The owners were great we talked to her a few times for various things and they were super on top of everything and very helpful. It's a great area to stay especially if you are looking for something family friendly and quiet. I would highly recommend these owners and their house.

First the house is beautiful! The layout was amazing, the decor was breath taking, and the owners thought about everything you could need down to the littlest detail. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. The experience was 1000/10. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The porches are welcoming and inviting with lots of space.
