The Downtown Phoenix Hidden Bungalow

This is a private detached studio , tucked away in a quiet Cul De Sac in downtown Phoenix. This studio offers a King size bed, and 1 adventurous ladder climb to a raised platform twin bed for another guest to sleep . There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 bars stools. It has its own full size bathroom with shower . The living space is cozy and cute with 1 spacious porch to relax and enjoy a true indoor, outdoor stay .
We are walking distance less than 1 mile to the Phoenix Convention Center, the Arizona Science Center, and the Phoenix Childrens Muesum . If you are a sports fan this is the place to stay, the Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball team is a couple of blocks away and the Foot Print Center home of the Phoenix Suns basketball Team and Concert venue is 0.7 miles away. The area is also close to lots of great restaurants .
The Phoenix Light Rail is a block away to take you to Downtown Phoenix or Tempe home of the Arizona State University and College Scene , and all the way into Mesa .
You can also take the Phoenix Light Rail to the Sky Harbor Airport. The Light Rail will take you to the Sky Tram and drop you off at the different Terminals at the Airport.

Loved this spot! Cute neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts thinks of everything you may need- even a cup of soup which was much needed after a day of travel and work!

Great place to stay next to Downtown!

Came to visit friends in Arizona and was the perfect place to come back and rest after the day.

Right in the heart of downtown—everything was walkable. Liz was an amazing host, very nice and friendly. The bugalow was adorable and perfect for our weekend in PHX! If we’re in the area again, we’ll be sure to stay here.

Great location!

Liz was super nice and helpful. Accommodations were clean and well stocked. Location was great. Easy walk downtown Phoenix.

Cutest little spot

Very quiet area. And a close walk to everything we wanted to do. The casita was very clean and was just absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay again

Well maintained, within moderate walking distance of the convention center, borderline on the edge of sketcher areas but in the neighborhood itself felt safe. Liz did a great job.

Perfect Getaway

Super cozy property. Very comfortable, bed and pillows, all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. And the patio was so nice. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for baseball

I rented for a weekend of Cubs Baseball at Chase Field. Place is a 0.5 mile walk from Chase, it was very clean, and I would recommend to anyone.

Super host, great location!

Liz was very welcoming and the place was great for us. It’s a neat “hidden away” spot, yet also so close to downtown. We were able to walk to and from the Suns arena for a basketball game, e.g.The location is quiet, other than the occasional flight overhead. (It’s conveniently close to the airport but not so close as to be an issue.) We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible

Absolutely loved staying here. We felt like it was a perfect central location and the unit was just the perfect amount of space (maybe even more) for our group of 3. Liz makes sure you are well taken care of the moment you arrive. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Can't imagine a better stay in the Phoenix area. Liz was a genuine delight to work with and helped us with everything we needed. Comfy bed, functional kitchen and a porch that will make you wish you could stay longer. Highly recommended!

The host was absolutely lovely! I really didn't need anything, everything was was there! It was cozy and just enough space for my son and I. We loved it!

Great place to stay

Stayed here during the Super Bowl/ Waste Management Phoenix Open weekend. It’s a great spot to stay. Super close to the metro which is convenient transportation downtown and to the airport. The property was super cute, clean, and cozy. It has everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The host (Liz) was nice/friendly and very accommodating. I would love to come back for my next visit to Phoenix.

Perfect Little Home

This property is cute, quirky, clean and most of all cool especially when the temps are so hot. Decor and ambience adds to the comfort in this home. In walking distance of everything downtown and centrally located if you have to drive. Awesome hosts!

Convenient location

My son and I were visiting for spring break. Walking distance to downtown, convenient to freeways, very close to airport. Loved the space - enjoyed having the doors open since private area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great patio for grilling. Thank you Liz!

Great guesthouse

Loved this place. Definitely recommend. Nice outdoor space, well stocked kitchen, good WiFi. Great location downtown on a quiet cul-de-sac. Should probably say unbelievably quiet. The only noise we heard was the rain one morning. Will definitely return.

Great little studio!

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place! It’s a small but cute studio, the bed was comfortable, and she had nice touches like candy and plenty of coffee! The location was perfect for getting to downtown Phoenix and only a short drive to other areas. Easy to communicate with and very friendly! Thanks, Liz!

Nice Property and Easy Stay

Cute little side property off the main residence. Very private and quiet. Just right for 1-2 people. Liz left out some fruit and snacks which was a nice touch. 12 minute walk or quick Uber trip into the Convention Center. Liz was very responsive to messaging and checking in.

First time in PHX

This was my first time in Phoenix and I felt very comfortable staying at Liz’s property. She is very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiry. I felt safe and almost like I was at home. It’s just minutes from the city as well, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Great tucked away spot downtown

Super cute quiet and clean place, very convenient to downtown. Off street parking was a plus too, it allowed us to take the light rail a couple stops to the Footprint Center for a concert. Beds were comfy and the place was very quiet… only sounds were planes coming and going from the airport not far away. Liz was a great host, providing drinking water and snacks and coffee. Patio is a great area too. We don’t hang out there much as it was pretty cold when we were here. All in all a great stay with a friend and would stay again for events in downtown Phoenix. A++

Great place! My husband and I travelled to Phoenix to watch a couple of baseball games and golf. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field. 15 Minute walk to downtown area - close to a couple of breweries… The studio was clean and perfect for us. Could sleep 3 - had a twin size bed in loft. King size bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator; toaster oven and 2 burner stove; Kuerig coffee pot; washer and dryer. It was perfect for our adventures and offered everything we needed. Liz was great to work with: very responsive. We highly recommend.
