This is absolutely one of the best rentals I have stayed in - SUPER CUTE, clean and convenient to EVERYTHING! Great getaway spot for 2-3 people looking to explore all that Phoenix has to offer. Great experience!

This bungalow was very nice. If you have business downtown as we did, or are attending an event, this place is close by and perfectly located. It’s in a historical part of Phoenix in the middle of many restored small homes and cottages. The neighborhood was quiet and clean as well - you could feel the pride everyone took in keeping their homes neat and tidy. There are some really cool restaurants just down the street as well, so we didn’t have to go far to hold a working dinner. This made for an overall relaxing stay. The bungalow had new appliances and everything needed for a worry-free stay. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had which makes this tiny home a 10 out of 10. We will be back.

With gas, great restaurants and a quiet neighborhood; the Cozy Bungalow was the perfect spot to call "home" for a time. It's close to the airport without any sound of planes inside to disrupt sleep.The bungalow is kitted out really well, and so clean I felt I could go bare foot! Four of us stayed there and it was spacious and comfortable. Beds were perfect as was the homey feeling. A must Stay! We will keep the listing so we can use it again when we return to Phoenix.
