Meticulously renovated and tastefully appointed with quality, fashionable, and comfortable furnishings. This 2nd floor flat comes with an assigned parking space in back just a few steps from the unit. There are 4 guest parking spots in front of the building. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this unit includes a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 sided kitchen sink, microwave, stove top and oven, and a large refrigerator/freezer. The small kitchen appliances include 2 coffee makers, an electric pressure cooker, slow cooker, double sided grill, toaster, Vitamix blender, and a toaster oven. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, etc. There is a 65 inch Sony Bravia Smart TV and speaker bar in the living room and two smaller flat screens in the bedrooms. Internet, 100-plus channels, Wi-Fi, DVD player, board games, books are all included as well as a downstairs storage closet with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a place for your bikes as well.

The location is great which is our primary value. 3 blocks from 5th ave activity and 2 blocks from beach it's nicely situated. Comfortable furnishings with great bathrooms and kitchen, new washer/dryer and full dishwasher. Host generously stocked paper, kitchen and cleaning products.

Relaxing and good location

Condo is short walk to beach and to Fifth Ave restaurants. While no pool, there is a clean, large free community center pool a 5 minute drive away. Unit has up to date appliances and tv’s.

Nice 2 bedroom condo in a great location.

We enjoyed our month’s stay in Blake’s condo. It is clean, well-stocked, has comfortable furniture and a 65 inch TV with sound bar. He was very responsive and great to deal with. Short walk to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been on and we are very well traveled. Also only a few blocks away from the 30plus restaurants on 5th Avenue. Highly recommend!

Old Naples Condominium

This unit was a great location. Walk or bike to the beach or cute downtown area with shops and restaurants. It was nice and quiet tucked away in a beautiful residential area. The unit had brand new appliances and a good sized guest room area. The owner was easy to communicate with and super accommodating.

Prime Location

Overall very good. Apt is a bit dark though it does make it cozy in the evening. It has everything you need and the owner was very accommodating. The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and watch the sunset. Shops and restaurants are close by. Linens could be a bit more upscale for the price. I did enjoy the stay. Many thanks to the owner.

A Naples Gem

We had such a wonderful month at this condo. The location couldn't have been better, and the atmosphere is as depicted in the photographs - elegant and comfortable. All the amenities are available including beach chairs and umbrella in the first-floor storage closet, and a covered bike rack if you bring your own bikes like we did. Blake is responsive to any and all questions or concerns. The interior fountain was not operational during our stay, so ask Blake the status if this is a priorty.

Beautiful condo in Olde Naples

The condo is very well situated on a quiet street near the beach and Fifth Avenue. It looked just like in the pictures, with nice decoration. The kitchen was well supplied, and the place was very clean. We highly recommend it.

nice apartment in great location

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and on a quiet side street. Occasionally there are planes taking off overhead but it isn't too often. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. We had trouble operating the TV when we arrived and he patiently worked us through it. The TV has a few extras such as Netflix which we really liked. For those who want to know details, the beds can be described as pillow top. There is ample counter space and plenty of pots for those who like to cook. We had trouble getting enough light in the kitchen (we are elderly) but have made suggestions to the landlord and expect he'll follow up. The short walk to the beach and 5th Ave S shopping is a big plus. We found the entire neighborhood to be very beautiful and loved taking long walks.
