Enjoy spring, summer, fall and winter activities and relaxation at this townhouse located in Greek Peak's Arcadia Village, and close to the surrounding Finger Lakes Area. Spacious townhouse with full amenities. First-floor living room with large flatscreen TV, comfy couch, cozy fireplace, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and full bath. Second-floor master bedroom, an additional bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Spacious loft (up a ladder) with TV and couches (that turn into beds). Walkout deck equipped with a grill and views of the mountain, sunrises, and sunsets. Townhouse is an end unit for added privacy.

Bedrooms include- Primary- King Bed, sleeps 2. Additional bedroom- Full on full bunk bed with trundle, sleeps 3. Loft- Full bed- sleeps 1 & convertible couch sleeps 1.

WiFi, three flatscreen Smart TVs , board games and books to enjoy.

Up to two dogs are welcome. 25$ pet fee per dog.
No cats due to allergies. Dog breed and age must be disclosed at booking. Dogs must be walked on a lease outside, in crate when alone, not permitted on furniture and up to date on vaccinations. No exceptions.

New in 2024- New kitchen stove and oven. Bathroom upgrades. New large flat screen smart TV in primary bedroom.

New in 2023- EV charging for your electric vehicle! Only unit at Greek Peak where you can charge your vehicle. New stainless steel fridge in kitchen. New washing machine in laundry room. New for 2022 season- brand new living room couch, king bed and dresser in master bedroom and full size bunk beds in additional bedroom.

We stayed at the condo during a weekend trip to Cortland for my son's baseball tournament and it was a perfect spot for us. The condo is pet friendly which was perfect because we were traveling with a puppy. Theres also plenty of room for families with multiple kids. Greek Peak is right down the road and they have winter and summer activities for the whole family.

Perfect and cozy

This property was just what we were looking for! We were in town visiting and needed somewhere to relax and get good rest so we could take in all of the amazing outdoor activities in the area! My kids loved running in the backyard at night catching fireflies! I didn’t realize staying at a ski resort in the summer months had so many perks!

Just wonderful

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Magdalena was an excellent host and very quick to communicate. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds :) The place was spacious and felt like we were right at home. We can’t say enough great things about it! Not to mention, the surroundings were stunning. It was nice to have a cup of coffee on the back porch and take in the mountains and scenery. Thank you again so much! We can’t wait to come back!

My family and l stayed at this host's home from the Memorial Day weekend which was the weekend of our daughter's college graduation. The home was comfortable, cozy and clean. We had my 86 year old mother with us so there were five of us for 4 nights and we were sad to leave. The home was equipped with everything we needed and there were no issues at all. The surroundings were beautiful, tranquil and we found interesting things to do in Ithaca which was about a half hours drive away. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and happy to have found this.

Perfect stay and communication

Our family and dog, stayed here while attending a baseball tournament in Cortland, NY. There were some very bad storms that hit the area on our way up which had knocked out the internet/wifi and affected our ability to watch to use computer or TV. Upon reaching out to Magdalena to check on services, she was extremely kind, called the cable company and kept us updated the entire time. We were very appreciative of her communication throughout the entire trip. The house was exactly as described. It was comfortable, cozy and quaint. The perfect place to retreat to after long days of baseball games! Our dog was cozy and enjoyed his stay was well! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and they are generous enough to provide some coffee pods, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper! From the moment we arrived until we departed we were beyond happy with our stay. Thank you again for being great hosts and so kind! We highly recommend staying here!

Great value for a really fun trip!!

It’s exactly as advertised! Plenty of board games, an abundance of pots & pans - really everything you’d need in a kitchen, all the linens we needed, … even an Alexa! Magdalena was VERY communicative & clear. The house was clean. Great value! I strongly recommend!!

Nice family getaway

This was a very nice place for us and our family! We had my husband and I and our two daughters and their husbands plus our fur babies! So nice to have an owner feel the same way we do about our fur babies! Very accommodating and responsive to any questions! Would recommend to anyone!

relaxing time away

a great space that was well-outfitted for our vacation/respite while work was being done on our home. very quiet and restful! there were plentiful blankets, towels, paper towels and cleaning supplies for the stay. there were also games and a giant tv! the space is pet-friendly and our dogs loved walking the area. we would definitely stay again!

We can’t wait to share our condo with you, your family and friends. We have been skiing at Greek Peak for many years and are so excited to be able to recently purchase this property. We enjoy the area during the winter ski season, spending almost every weekend at the condo. With spring, summer and fall our family is very busy with kids sports and our own travel. We live close by in the Ithaca area. We love hospitality and will make sure you have a comfortable, fun, and memorable stay.
